Instead of a Monster in the morning and 2 to 3 sodas throughout the day, I only drink Crystal Light, with the occassional apple juice or such when at a restaurant. No more fast food, or when it's a must, I go for a chicken wrap or something like that. I eat carrots almost constantly to keep from snacking on bad foods, plus it's made a world of difference for portion control, which has been my true downfall over the years, and it's oatmeal or cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast, turkey sandwiches for lunch usually, and a salad before dinner, and something somewhat healthy for dinner. All of these things are changes that I will be able to maintain for the long run without much difficulty. I am kind of surprised that after almost a month, I still haven't developed any real cravings for some kind of junk food. I haven't yet started my exercise program, since once some more weight comes off that will be easier, but that is my plan for once the weight loss from my eating changes levels off.
I guess we can continue it there... I finally stopped eating that much between meals. My love for sugar is now filled with diet sodas, and that's a 12 pounds I lost since January. Slow but steady, I should just keep the good habits 35 more to go.

I would strongly recommend cutting out the diet soda. I read an article recently that cited studies where people drinking diet even versus regular soda added more to their waistline because of the way that it triggers (our more specifically fails to trigger) the part of the brain that says you've consumed something. __________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. Just go watch it. It was pretty awesome. A few minor things I didn't like, but all in all, very very good. Surprisingly so, I had tough expectations to meet.

Ugh! This is tougher than I thought it would be. I'm writing about one year of my life each day until my birthday this year. Now I'm worried that it will be this much harder when I actually have memories to talk about.__________________ *MafiaBass*Joshweek*Letter Bombs!*Logout Mottle Salvation- a new place to play Mafia and WW

I don't frequent movies very often, though. Inception probably was the last movie I saw in theaters, so it takes something I consider particularly engaging to warrant me to go. Not seeing much I can't wait for on DVD this year. __________________ <Liq> you just can't expect a sig worthy line to appear out of nowhere on demand <stacker> i dont hang out with the patients afterwards, we got nurses for that <WCFmo> is your y button broke :D? <WCFmo> "ou" <LemonM> wow <LemonM> mabe it is <LemonM> ...

Disappointing, none of those meddling journalists cite any source. The method seemed interesting.

Much appreciated, I knew I read it on some good black card. I thought it was the flavor text on Yawgmoth's Bargain or Necropotence for a second, then I realized they both have the same flavor text: "Cards are more important than life."

That reminds me, schmuckleberry - I linked a couple TVOTR songs on your Facebook. I hope I didn't give the wrong impression by mentioning Muse when describing them; the only thing the two bands have in common is the reputation for excellence in their performances, and a great deal of complexity in their better songs (defined as having multiple hooks and instruments woven into a song so you hear something new each time you listen).__________________ "I never got any respect at all. Before I do anything further let me ask you a question. You order a NM Jace from somebody on MOTL who responded to your thread. He asks 54 shipped. Everything is good so far? Ok now you pay the man, he gets your address everything is still good. Everything is not good when you find out the Jace isn't near mint and the guy sent the Jace in a bubble mailer...wrapped in a quizno's wrapper. He said sorry it wasn't NM I didn't pay for insurance. Any idea what I can do? He stopped contacting me.

A quizno's wrapper? Really? I mean.. a used one? That's gross. And if it's not NM, you most certainly have a BTA case against him. If he's not responding to you, I would post it up. Not used at all, just carefully folded paper that was meant to be a proxy for a toploader I guess. Pro tip to anyone out of toploaders...buy more toploaders.

Most people do (edit: on MoTL transactions), so it's a perfectly reasonable assumption. I was actually also curious about paypal disputes for gift payments, which still hasn't been answered.

I promise you, if you're a Cap fan at all, this is worth it. Cap is my DUDE, and I had super high expectations going into this (meaning it would be very, very easy to disappoint me), and it made me HAPPY. Check it out man. I watched it in 2D, I think that's the way to go given the nature of the movie, but if you wanna do the 3D thing by all means go for it. Dizzamn....excellent flick.

Sorry for the double post, but I need to vent. I've been recruited to teach an acting/character development course at a summer camp for kids ages 7-12 recently. The camp starts on Monday. I've never done anything like this before in my life, and I'm nervous as ****. I think I can do it, but I have no experience, and I really want to do it well because if I do, it could open doors for me in this community beyond just waiting tables. I'm not sure why she (the director of the camp) thought I could or should do this, beyond the notion that maybe she saw something in me that I don't. Advice? Thoughts? I'm effin' freakin' out here.

Ages 7 to 12 is grades 1 to 6, which means that you basically have to tell them common sense things. I've coached baseball and soccer for this age group, with really no significant qualifications to speak of. You just have come in to each session with an idea of what you want to do and then keep people on task in a kind, gentle manner. You should be able to find some online sources or some books at the library if the director hasn't already given you an outline of what you should do.The one piece of advice that I can offer is to learn people's names as quickly as you can. Sometimes it is vital to be able to call on someone by name in order to keep order if the kids are starting to get distracted. Try not to end up in situations where the kids are waiting around for something to happen, as that's a recipe for chaos. Once you've done the first couple hours it should be significantly easier for the rest of the time. Just relax and enjoy.

Have confidence in yourself and realize that most kids think that anything an adult says is gospel. You gotta just at least ACT like you know what you're doing and things will just sort-of fall into place =) Be their buddy, yet still stern enough to keep order. Most of all, don't overthink it! You just gotta go for it man!

I received a Moat that was in a soft sleeve wrapped in paper in a bubble mailer recently for a 3rd Party trade. I was more than a little shocked. __________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. Trade them to me, please! Report rules violations. Thanks for the advice gents. I feel like I can do this, but I'm probably gonna be a bundle of nerves until I've actually gotten a successful day or two under my belt.
