It seems that it will be a rare. Therefore there will be tons in circulation. Very likely a good drop in price also of the original print (at least non foil).

Looking at other black cards that will be affected by this, one stands out to me: Duskmantle Seer. With scry in the set and no cavern anymore, the potential is there.

sigh...I just picked up my playset of these after they weren't in modern masters nor in m14. thanks wotc...

That's how they work. "Oh, I see you just spent about $200 on a playset of this card. Let's reprint it since you like it so much." I just got a playset myself before they announced it...

Yeah, you're definitely right...but with GP KC where I was considering running them and GP detroit where I'm still considering running them I felt the need to go ahead and pick them up.

what do you think these will be for preorder?
$20? $25? i doubt they will be $50 especially if it is rare, not mythic

Sold the one to a store's buylist. Probably settles around 20.

so many foils available on ebay right now.
It's going to be new art. I cant imagine the foils will drop that much right?

Yeah, the art will make it or break it for the foils. Hopefully we wont get the "Ok, you can have shocks again, but you're getting the playschool-art ones)

Okay guys, fetch lands are gonna be reprinted sometime soon. Just an FYI so when they do reprint them don be all ****ed off that you couldn't dump them before they did.

Lol, it was pretty obvious that they were gonna be in thero's. the only thing now is to reprint fetch lands.

I'm glad someone agrees that they like to screw us specifically (those who spend mad money a week before it's announced that a reprint of an expensive card is happening), even if you're being sarcastic. Only time I didn't mind a reprint was Dark Confidant. THAT was a good investment. As for Thoughtseize, amazing card, just poor timing on my part on buying the playset.
