for me personally my cards are very unsorted. I'm sure there are people who sort every common they get from draft and it wouldn't be too hard to complete some order like that. Probably a buck a playset or something would be encouraging enough to make them look. For me its about the total value. I usually like $20+ deals, and if there is a deal already happening I don't mind checking if I have a few (~10) un/commons. If someone wants a ton, I'm not going to bother usually. I made an exception and dug up a bunch for someone recently and that package apparently got lost in the mail. Still hoping it turns up tho. Maybe its a sign I shouldn't bother with un/commons.

I imagine for uncommons like Shrine of Burning Rage, Gut Shot, and Midnight Haunting, I'd just have to offer a fair market value, which I can more easily determine. I'm not so sure about large numbers of commons which aren't ALL just bulk. I don't want piles of Fortress Crabs and Grizzly Bears if I just buy Standard commons.
I've actually been going through and cutting out my extra's lately. I figure there is no need to keep extra playsets of playable lying around. If you want i can get you a list of what i have and we can go from there.

Needs to tape or clean his edges better, but not bad. Also depends on how thick the paint is.

Yeah, he only just figured out to start taping cards yesterday, he's good at keeping the paint very thin though

For those of you that pimp, do you every get tired of looking for certain things you just buy them outright? I bought a playset of Chinese Drana and Rune-Scarred Demon because I couldn't find them anywhere. Now I have three extras of each. Probably will end up buying Helldozer too. __________________ Most References in Massachusetts 80th All-timeSupport my friend's store: http://www.tabletoparena.com My blog: http://wings0298.blogspot.com

See how in the card art the cracks are receding into the background? But where he painted he pretty much gave us a flat perspective? Speaking of alters, I did this one last night. https://p.twimg.com/AjWrXxkCEAEs5Hb.jpg It's based off a work by Alphonse Mucha. And the real reason I came here. Lets say I wanted to build a Trinket Mage toolbox control deck for Vintage/legacy? Does anyone have a good list to start with?

Off the top of my head, good targets are: The new GY hoser, Grafdigger's Cage Pithing Needle Tormod's Crypt Relic of Progenitus Basilisk Collar (if you're playing with Grim lavamncer) Aether Vial (probably bad if you're casting him this late) Moxen The Rack Black Vise Sensei's Divining Top probably more I can't think of

What's up with "Trading only inside the US, sorry" rule? Am I only imagining that like 90% of US members lists have that rule?

It's because registered shipping to other countries costs us $15+. I imagine for a lot of people (like myself), it's not a rule, but it does make doing anything but large trades not worthwhile at all.

I do not understand it either. I really do not care what country you are from. I sell alot on ebay and here and send stuff to other countries all the time. The way I look at it is if a package gets lost, it is a cost of trading online. I sent a package of over $700 in value first to a member in Singapore with no tracking or insurance. Call me naive, but the postal system works and the member is in very high standing. I almost look at it the same way as people who will not fly in planes because they are afraid of crashing. You have a WAY WAY better chance of dying in a car crash today on your way home from work then in a plane crash the one time you fly in a plane a year. To each their own.

I'll trade with anyone, but I certainly give preference to trading within the US. I'm lazy and don't like filling out customs forms, plus with all the variable shipping, it's just way easier to stick within the US for me. For the most part, I can get whatever I may want without having to trade overseas.

It's because people can claim that they never received and it is way too costly to get tracking out of the states. It protects the seller since the website is designed to protect the buyer.

Maybe try using 3rd party? If you can find a member in the US willing to do it, you should be fine.

This is understandable, but still doesn't feel ok to group all the people in same bowl. I mean, we have ref system and people rarely use it. Why not check number of refs and then value of them before blindly making the "not trading international, sorry" rule? I highly doubt someone like MTDetermine would claim he didn't receive just to cheat someone. oh well...

Random, but anyone notice missing flavor text on M12 cards? Not sure how many cards it was changed on, but I had a doom blade and oblivion ring that both do not have flavor text but their previous version did. While I don't care one way or the other, I do like consistency.
