Honestly, from what I have heard, legacy tournaments don't fire that often on modo.

Looking at the past 14 hours, I do not see a single Legacy DE/PE that fired, although I'm not sure how many were scheduled.

However, Block, Standard, Modern, and Limited are very strong on MODO Probably gonna jam 4-5 pre-releases this weekend. I know for sure that the ones on Sunday won't end well, haha

Not me. The guy's solid and he sells a bunch of higher value collections here. The fact that he's perfectly willing to deal in person makes the "cash or bank/wire transfer" requirement not really shady. Also, his prices are a little on the high side actually so even though he's taking what he says is $3000 off the price, the deal is likely not that great for most individual people for re-sale, so it's not like it's a too-good-to-be-true kind of deal anyway.

Maybe I should be more clear. When I said "off", I meant the price. For 8 grand, it will take eons to break even, considered there is 1.7k worth of c/uc there... __________________

Oh, that makes more sense. Yeah, I've noticed that a lot with his collections. They're usually a huge pile of U/Cs or include a huge pile of them.

so im done with constructed magic..
but I plan on going to a DKA draft this weekend.
figure why not since I have no other plans anyway.
since I havent had much time to comb through the spoiler.. and doubt i'll get to play around on a draft simulator much befor friday.. wich cards should I keep an eye out for to "value draft" obviously i'll keep all mythics or walkers I open.. what else should I watch for?

Am I out of line to offer like.. nearly zero dollars on the commons/uncommons. Like, let's take his pricing guide aside (which he wants $1700 for..) A) I don't think he can get $1700 for his c/uc's.. I think it's pushing $500.. B) Even if it is $500, it's going to take forever to get that.. C) Aside from sol rings and a few $1-2 uncommons, everything else is 0.1-0.5.. So would it out of line to really offer like.. $0 when buying a whole collection like that? Like.. maybe $100 max?

If I remember correctly, there aren't any pre-release drafts for DKA, so you won't have much luck in that department.
