He proposed a trade to me and was very pushy. I got suspicious and checked him out a little more, then decided to play along for a minute and see what happened. He was quick to reply and accommodating of my requests up until I told him to send first. Here's a transcript of our messages in reverse order.

But if I might add; didnt people filed mailfraud against this 'person'? And what happened with these files? Seeing that this 'person' has quite the record (and still growing) concerning practises like these.....Would filing mailfraud be a paper tiger then in such situation?

I have absolutely no knowledge concerning the canadian authorities nor with the law for that matter. I just wonder how this can be possible

Yes. Nothing. The RCMP put it on the backburner and forgot about it. So far as I know, however, I'm the only one who bothered to file for mail fraud. If more people had done so/do so, the case may well get a proper look.

Yes. Your threat is empty and your proposal idiotic.

Besides which, the cops take aggravated assault very seriously. They may not care about mail fraud, but they definitely care about assault. It's not worth the jail time.
