Disappointed in the way Stafford played today. It was probably the worst he's played in a long time and you could see the frustration in his eyes. Besides that ridiculous TD catch, Pettigrew was making mistakes all over the field. The D did all they could to carry the team, but... :\

It's sad when your opponent gives up like a field and a half worth of penalty yardage and still lose. Regardless, the game was moreso about the defenses, than it was the offenses. Regardless, Go Niners

+1 --- What must be done to fix the Cardinals? Is Kolb that bad or average? What must be done to help the Colts? Sheesh. No Manning, and their world crumbles. At this rate, Cards could be fighting with the Colts for the right to draft Luck. ~Revenger __________________ Your 2008 and 2010 Motl Siskel & Ebert award winner! Neither team will draft Luck, Rod. I never like Kolb. In fact when Vick was injured and he got a chance to play last year, he was awful IMO. With him at the helm of that offense, they couldn't really do...well...anything. He never even looked for Desean, or so it seemed. The Dolphins NEED a QB, and maybe they'll get Luck. ~MM __________________ I am MeddlingMage...YOUR Motl Survivor 11 Champion, 2007 Captain N award winner, 2010 Marlboro award winner, and 2011 Champion Tournament Pick'em MOTL NCAA Bracket Challenge winner!CM Punk "OMG Kevin Nash WTF, thought he was dead, LOL" New keeper of the Logout button

I tend to think that The Colts would draft Luck if they had the #1 pick, but they probably wouldn't waste a 1st round pick on Landry Jones or Matt Barkley. I think Kolb is pretty solid. I haven't been watching many Cardinals games, but I like to think he's a good player. If the Rams get the #1 pick, expect a huge bid war. I also think the Chiefs would probably end up drafting Luck as well.

With as many 0-X teams as there are right now, I'm going to step out on a limb and say the Chiefs won't be getting the #1 pick without a draft day trade. Also, the Raiders got a QB. Whether or not they overpaid is yet to be seen. IMO, the 2nd Rd pick becomes a 1st Rd pick they didn't overpay, but if it stays a 2 they did. NFL Math: Colts-Peyton=Luck

Whats more pathetic, Oakland's run defense or 3-5 Denver being 1 game out?The AFC West is almost as big a joke as the NFC West

Whoa, easy there. The 9ers are legit But yeah, the AFC West...I don't think any team wants to win that division. How bout the Chiefs losing to the Dolphins? Are the colts really that bad or is the head coach still saying stuff the media wants to hear after each game they lose. I mean those players are paid professionals on that sorry team.

It proves that Peyton will get some MVP votes without playing a down this season.

Wow what a steamroll by the bears over the lions. At least Lovie Smith did the right thing near the end of the second half taking his starters out.I guess Lions forgot Special Teams Rule 101 never kick to Devin Hester. Is Houston that good or are they just enjoying top city without worrying about the Manning-less Colt. Knowing this year of Euphoria will last only this year.

Fixed. Detroit's defense showed up to play and did enough to win, but their offense didn't bother getting off the bus. quote: Is Houston that good or are they just enjoying top city without worrying about the Manning-less Colt. Knowing this year of Euphoria will last only this year.
Shaub is out for the season, and the Titans are right behind the Texans, so nothing is a gaurantee for Houston. Also, Houston has a defense to go with their great offense now, so I doubt that this is a 1 year fluke, especially since the Colts are Manning and a steaming pile.

Houston should win 3 of their next 6 games for sure (Jax, Carolina, and Indy), which would put them at 10 wins, regardless of who their QB is. 10 wins puts them in the playoffs. Leinart will be asked to manage games, not win them. Moving on.... I think the Cowboys make the playoffs. There is no reason they can't win their next three games (Washington, Miami, Arizona), and if they win two of their last 4, that would put them at 9 or 10 wins. I have no idea how they got torched by Philly. Their three losses before that were by a total of 10 points.

It's any given Sunday in the League. But I really wanted Michael Vick to succeed this season.

They have a shot, but I doubt they make it. Romo is still their QB and he will cost them another game (he's already cost them 2). They also still have to play the Giants twice. They're also going for one of two WC spots along with Chicago, Detroit, and Atlanta. Chicago is the best of the 4 right now. If Dallas is going to make the playoffs they will have to finish better than Detroit, who holds the tie breaker over Dallas, and, at worst, tie with Atlanta and have the tie breaker. Edit: With the Giants losing, and Cutler going out for at least the rest of the regular season Dallas' chances at making the playoffs are a lot better.

Stafford and the Lions overcome ANOTHER double-digit deficit in the second half to win while Tebow and the Donks get exposed. The moral of the story? Stafford does comebacks better than Tiny Tim.

Yeah, Tebow was to blame, because he was a part of the defense that gave up 450 yards.... And Oakland and New England are comporable offenses.... And let's face it. Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker would be 3-4 on the Lions' WR depth chart.

Was Tebow playing defense in Denver's wins? No. Was Tebow kicking 50+ yard field goals to tie and win games? No. Did Tebow get most, if not all the credit? With the rare exception when someone mentioned how well Denver's defense was playing, yes. If Tebow gets the credit for the wins, he also gets credit for the losses. My point is that Denver's great defense got exposed, and Tebow couldn't do **** against the NFL's last place defense while Stafford lead the Lions to another road win after trailing by double-digits in the second half (today they were down 27-14 with 7:47 left in the 4th).
