Like the stuff you find on Pirate Bay that doesn't close unless you force it to... I may need to get my fork and stick it in this turkey once and for all.

You have some kind of malware, or you might be running some sort of malware browser. Sometimes malware will install a hacked version of Chrome onto your computer that is specifically designed to malware it up. Especially if you're torrenting stuff, that's probably it.

Ran a scan again, found a few things. I figured I would find a crap ton considering I haven't run a scan in like, awhile, but only found like a handful of things. Hasn't happened again, but it still happens at work, where I don't actually download anything.

Keep in mind that this is a guess but I would say a broker for getting cards signed is someone who takes your cards and for a price goes to the trouble of tracking the artist down and gets them signed. Or perhaps it is someone who helps facilitates your contacting certain artists to get cards signed. They, of course, would charge you a fee for this is as well. Personally I wouldn't trust anyone to be a brokers in this capacity because the potential for getting scammed seems pretty high, but that's just me.
