They are slightly more 'dragged out', but if you manage to get through them, it's definitely more than worth it. I love them all. __________________ Rest in peace, Ari.The Poetry Post

Terry Goodkind's "The Blood of the Fold", vol 3 in the "Sword of Truth" series. The first one was really good, but I think he's toned down the carnage in the second two and the bad guys are just not as scary. Also reading Tim Power's "Declare." Not nearly as good as some of his wonderful earlier works like "The Stress of Her Regard" Just finished Issola by Brust. Kill them all off already, willya? Kta

VERY good series. I enjoy very very much. I am constantly rereading them. Blood is pretty good, I like it. The next 3 are really good too. But 7 and 8 are "meh" compared to the first 6. 3rd has some good carnage, and stuff. Yeah. Fourth, I think. Fifth, not so much. And sixth, like none. Still good, just not so much gory carnage.

I am currently reading R.A. Salvatore's "The Legacy". It is a pretty intersting read in my opinion, though at the moment I am only 80 pages into it.__________________ I am the creator of dreams. I just finished the Drawing of the Three.. Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed it. The Lord of the Rings SUCKED compared to this book in my opinion. I immediately went to Ebay and won an auction for the Wastelands book 3... it's being shipped to me priority. I'm stoked to hear King's already pounded out volume 5. I love having lots of good reading ahead of me __________________ (the obvious is too hard to find)

Oh man, I read the first couple books of the gunslinger series a couple years ago, but I completely forgot about them because they didn't have any more of the series. Those books were awesome. I'm gonna have to read them again. __________________ Shaq is the man:"I don't think we learned a lesson; I think it was a learning experience for us."
