that will be bomb in draft/sealed. but with so much artifact hate i wonder if it is actually a better tactic to go for full infect instead?

treasure mage looks like the cheesiest cariacature of steel hellkite everalso a ton of random timmy/johnny cards in this set i really like: conscerated sphinx, tezz 2.0, myr welder, shimmer myr, signal pest, phyrexian revoker

i bet most people gonna chase the phyrexia booster at prerelease day for the planeswalker lol (unless there's equal value one for mirrodin side).

I really like the flavor of Phyrexian Colossus but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to like how the game play. I mean, it's really awesome that the Phyrexians found what is pretty much the most powerful creature on Mirrodin and infected it but at the same time people with artifact decks in EDH are just going to axe people with poison counters with ridiculous cheat-into-play cards :/. As for the Priests of Norn, I don't think you can say they are out of color. Phyrexia is invading, so they will infect every color eventually. Green and black just seem like the obvious first choices because green likes to grow (just like Phyrexia) and black cares about death (just like Phyrexia). I just love the flavor of the priests. Overall I think WotC has done a really good job of communicating the invasion of the Phyrexians through the cards presented to us in the set. That's cool! Still a little bit worried about the game play of insane infectors. Wonder if Sheldon & co. are considering 20 poison instead of 10 in EDH..

Tezz does not have an affiliation. Look at the card there is no symbol in the text. As a result they may put him in both packs or no packs.None of the scars planeswalkers have an affiliation either.

good point. but i think with a lot of art hate infect might be better (especially more phrexia cards this time)

So far you are right. As of now the Phyrexia side is MUCH better to open. Just looking at the cards and it's like every good common/uncommon you would want is on the Phyrexia side. Also, it has 2 wrath's so far, along with new mind control, Anatomist, and new Viridian Shaman. It's far and above better than the other side. Hopefully Wizards balances it out more than this or you will have a very lopsided affiliation pick on pre-re day. Then you'll probably have people get stuck NOT playing what they want to play....which is why I think this is gonna suck, and is a terrible idea.

Oh, look, that Spine is an easy combo with Master Transmuter. A Vindicate a turn after turn four? Seems solid. Not competitively solid, but solid.__________________

i really don't like infect and the way it seems to be getting all the good cards in this set is making me sad. I hate playing it and i hate playing against it. sigh, i might have to adopt the can;t beat 'em join 'em attitude soon.
