Also first base set with foils so they are Black Bordered (Only none beta old frame BB BoP) and since it was when base sets sucked no one bought it.

eh, I've seen those things resold. The first alter I bought (and only one) I ended up trading away eventually. It looked cool at first, then it became too boring since I had seen it a ton so I got rid of it.

They were given to stores in some recent kit. They were supposed to be for hand outs. Check your local store.

Eh, meh, eh; that's clearly not the case here. It's bad enough that people are getting good money for prints, but blatantly stealing images of "one of a kind" alters is just lazy criminality.

its a skull and crossbones iirc. Its supposed to be for poison, hence its a D10. I think I have one laying around here somewhere... maybe. I should check

Hey, did anyone see StarCity's new buylist today? They pretty much jacked up how much they are buying top end Vintage and Legacy cards for. For example (All NM English):
Wasteland - $30
Force of Will - $40
Mox Sapphire - $350 (all others $300) Not sure how much it will effect things here, but I see plenty of buy lists now under StarCity? Discuss! FYI - Almost started a seperate topic, didn't know if I should have. __________________

Anything else they jacked up? I would be interested in dumping some cards to fund other activities

pretty much anything hot in legacy. They were selling ancient tombs at $10 at edison and crap like peacekeeper for $10 as well

Sword of Fire and Ice/ Light and Shadow for $15
Vindicate for $15

Be it as it may, can we invoke something to prevent people from posting 'hurr you're offering to buy for a buck less then what scg is offering'. It seems detrimental to this site as a whole. WE are the free market. What kind of bull**** is it to tell someone offering $27 for wastelands that SCG is buying them for $30? Christ, it's a frickin uncommon that people still trade at $25.

Because if SCG is buying a NM card for X price, why would anyone who has said NM card consider selling it below X price? Part of buying cards is watching trends. If people are expecting NM cards, watching what a store buys them at is basically the minimum you have to pay. If you're OK with lesser-condition cards, obviously you can offer less. I don't see the issue. quote:

So the debate over what is "casual" continues. Playing some Legacy on Cockatrice last night and playing what I feel to be a pretty casual deck. It actually works like 1 in 10 games and never against any form of control. He's playing Slivers.
Game 1 he rolls me and by 4th turn I'm done for. Game 2:
