Yea, I noticed it a while ago, but the card itself sucks that even trying to make a themeatic deck is out of the question.
In related MTG news, 6 1/2 hours of EDH, IS LONG time.

Wow, thats impressive for an event deck. duno why the Pawns are in there..damnm, I'll pick one of those up for sure. (at least) But that will drop the price of bloodghast and verdants down, 3-4 and 7-8 respectively. __________________

Pawn is in there due to its interactions with Blade of the Bloodchief.

I was pretty disappointed to see them pushing a deck that has a 6-week shelf life. Just glad I officially retired my Vampires deck on Friday. __________________

Didn't even notice the Dismembers, I was so fixiated on the Ghast and Catacombs!
Wow....is WOTC trying to drive the price of a certian uncommon down by force? Good for them!
But in all seriousness...why won't they just ban the card responsible for T2 and its current degragations...the Hawks.BAN.

Yea, they really have some skill at making one very attractive event deck and one that noone would ever buy. Very smart to sell them in boxes of 3 of each deck.

Heh. They should have put Mindsculptor in the god awful blue one and released it with the same caveat as they did the War of Attrition deck for tournament play. :-P

Well I don't think dismember will drop below 3 Each despite this. Come 6 weeks, people won't be so keen on picking up a deck that loses 90% of the decklist in standard. Paying 25 for an out of format verdant/2 bloodghast/1 kalastria when you could buy 4 dismember for 12 seems silly.

Repeated violation of the rules and a resulting accumulation of bad karma. The final nail in the coffin was him disregarding, for the umpteenth time, the rule to limit how many times per page you post in the pfs, and to avoid double posting.

IDK what you think will happen to Bloodghasts value, but I imagine that zen fetches will dip a bit and then start increasing - especially because of Modern. Bloodghast will at least be worth a couple of bucks, Vampire Nighthawk is also worth some money and he will not dip that much. Plus you get 2 Go for the Throats (currently around $1+) which will not be rotating till next year. Overall, even after this rotates I imagine it will still be worth more (unless Dismember drops below $3) than what you pay for it. That's just my opinion and I don't consider myself an expert, but I will be picking one of these up no matter what  __________________
