Isochron Scepter + Final Fortune + Sundial of the Infinite. Now you have infinite time. Apparently, it's not as good as the orignal combo: Isochron Scepter + Time Walk. quote: Best Answer: If you add in Isochron Sceptre, you get infinite turns. But then it is just a more complicated Red variation on the famous Isochron + Time Walk combo.
I don't know why this hasn't caught on like Time Vault + Voltaic Key, because it seems like a very good combo that... oh wait, Time Walk can't be imprinted on Isochron Scepter. Edit: On a similar note: SO MUCH FAIL. quote:
if you have this with a dark ritual, you are unstopable! as much mana as you would want!
quote:
Isochron Scepter, Timewalk, I win. Amazingly powerful card.
quote:
*cough* Glimpse the Unthinkable *cough*
quote:
Forget isochron/counterspell......how about isochron /cryptic command
quote:
A shame timewalk is an instant and will not work
quote:
check out the official rulings... by the way you CAN'T play kicker costs, Orim's Chant is therefore only good for preventing spell play for a turn

seems pretty blah to me. May as well try and give it to someone with that new commander deck and see if I can use my superior wit and charm to make them use it during their upkeep.sigh

Isochron / Time Walk is pretty boss but Isochron / Emrakul is where it's at.I've won at least 500 tournaments with that deck!

Very briefly, people on a particular french forum be stupid with valuing cards. They wouldn't EVER buy at the price they're selling at.

Just shipped out tons of magic cards from ebay auctions. I ran out of bubble envelopes and the only store in town that I could find that even carried #000 wanted .74 ea and didn't sell any bulk packs. I ended up shipping some of the ~$100 cards in the few remaining bubble envelopes i had and used plain white envelopes for the rest. Heres hoping for the best I guess. I went ahead and ordered 250 bubble envelopes so I shouldn't run into this situations for quite a while (typically I order 25).

if you have bought enough stuff from coolstuffinc then I believe w/ discounts it works out to about $90.

So apparently Transmute Artifact is $15. Is this just because it's old or is there actually a deck out there that uses them?

old and EDH I'd assume. I ran it for a while in my zur build. It fetched up basalt/grim monolith and zur would grab the power artifact.

Well, let's say you have a Call to the Grave in play, but your opponent has more dudes than you. If you use Sundial during your upkeep with the Call trigger on the stack, you won't have to sacrifice a non-zombie creature, while your opponent will, evening, and eventually overturning the field. Even though it's obvious, you're playing M12 sealed when this happens, because you're a good drafter and would never draft Sundial of the Infinite.

I bought a half-case from CoolStuffInc.com the other day to get them for just a bit less than that. __________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. Trade them to me, please! Report rules violations. Remember the Auctions Board!

I put a buylist for boxes at 86 per box and got no hits. I believe channel fireball is selling for 85 per box with 10$ shipping. My friend says that the cost for buying two boxes came out to be 180 (90 each)

Yes but you will never draw. Goes untap upkeep draw. You'll get hosed on card advantage. A better combo is Call to the grave and Glissa, the Traitor.

I started a little project for myself last week. My home brew standard deck has 1 copy of Sorin's Vengeance in it for pure ****s and giggles, and every time I killed an opponent with it at a sanctioned event, I asked my victim to sign on the card. My goal is to have the card (both front and back) covered with signatures by the end of M12.So far, I have 2 signatures on it already from 1 event. __________________ MOTL Fantasy NBA 2010 ChampionGet a brain, Morans!

You get to keep your creatures from sneak attack, shallow grave, corpse dance, Æthermage's Touch, berserk, ones that have 'unearth', etc. Keeps you alive from final fortune. Works nice with grafted skullcap, junkyo bell, lightning coils, mimic vat, minion reflector, possessed portal (actually, this might not work the way I thought, but...whatever), rocket launcher, and there's lots more. __________________ |My Angels~My P9 l""|"\__, |~~My #1 Angel~~l'_|'_|_|) |(@)(@)""***|(@)(@)**|(@)
