So weird question. Awhile ago, someone posted a revised tropical island in the trade value forum that had "we're still here" written on it. Is it still floating around among members here, because I'm sort of interested in it, for some inexplicable reason.

Not sure why people are waiting until today to get huntmasters. I picked up a few on friday when I seen what CFB was running. Unfortunately there weren't a ton in the area to pick up. I did just leave a store buying other cards and forgot to get the one huntmaster in his case. Store is a 30min drive, not worth the gas to go back tomorrow for it.

My hair started receding in my early twenties. 33 isn't that early for your hair to start falling out.

I'm 29 and am not as bald as Finkel, but pretty close. Though I might be worse if I didn't block either.

Was actually discussing w/ a friend that I don't think not blocking was an error. Its next to impossible to call 3x metalcraft galv blast. I think the error was casting the lingering souls that turn before he died.He already had 5 (2 off camera) spirits and a snapcaster. That should be enough to finish any job, especially w/ the captain in hand.

What is the not blocking about, only thing I saw on the website were some deck tech videos and the results.

There was a kid at my high school who went bald junior year. You couldn't help but feel bad for the guy. By the time he was 20 he was George Costanza style bald.

aggree 100% they both played tight but kibbler topdecked a little better

edit: also sitting on a negate he had to feel safe

How much value would I get out of opening a box of New Phyrexia, on average? $40-50? (It's obviously less than selling the box as sealed, I'm just wondering how much less.) Sword of War and Peace obviously shot way up, but that's just one card.

Probably closer to $70. Elesh Norn and Jin Gitaxus are worth something, as are Dismembers, Gut Shots, Phyrexian Metamorph. Overall i think new phyrexia is one of the better boxes to open, if you were so inclined.

Hard to hit $70 if you don't get good mythics, I had 4 crap mythics, two were repeats.

Last week trollandtoad's buylist here was buying Gut Shot at $2.50 each and this week they are buying Beast Within and Mental Misstep at $1.00 and Dispatch at $.75. With Dismembers over $1.00 easy I think it is pretty easy to get at least $15-$20 in just those uncommons out of a box, if not more depending where you can sell them. Just a thought. Jason
