302 posts so this will probably never get readeBay started this global shipping program to help US sellers along in selling internationally. I have very little idea how it works, but I think it's that sellers can just ship everything to a US address (and thereby end their responsibility for the item, other than probably not-as-described items) and then eBay will take it from there to ship internationally. And since eBay is the one shipping internationally there are probably import charges and shipping charges that you wouldn't see from normal sellers. Not totalyl sure, though.
