The one time i hit one they were using some sort of global shipping thing.

It is not letting me send you separate invoices to use Global Shipping. This is pretty frustrating. The only reason I was using the Global Shipping Program was for easier tracking.

What I am thinking is just shipping normally by Priority Mail International so that you won't get charged extra fees by the Global Shipping Program. I will send the combined invoice so hopefully we can finally complete this transaction.

eBay started this global shipping program to help US sellers along in selling internationally. I have very little idea how it works, but I think it's that sellers can just ship everything to a US address (and thereby end their responsibility for the item, other than probably not-as-described items) and then eBay will take it from there to ship internationally.

And since eBay is the one shipping internationally there are probably import charges and shipping charges that you wouldn't see from normal sellers.
