Prepare yourselves for the final round! It's gonna be a doozy. You get two weeks from tonight to finish this! Here is the criteria:

I want a new block. The entire 3 sets. No, you don't have to make me roughly 600 cards. Here's what I want:

Introduction of two (antagonoist and protagonist) new characters to the main magic storyline. These characters can:
Be either planeswalkers or Legendary Creatures
Evolve as the story goes on (start as a legend and move to planeswalker, or become a more powerful legend)
Be very powerful (try not to break them)
These characters will need:
Descriptions of their abilities, as to why they have them
Reasons as to why they are on this plane
These characters cannot:
Be previously existing characters
Be unhinged characters (so no unhinged set)
You may use a previously existing plane in a current,past, or future timeline. You may also use your own new plane. You may also introduce up to 4 characters if desired, but you have to focus on the main 2 characters that you introduce!

With this block, I want the introduction of at least 5, but not more than 8, new mechanics. These mechanics cannot:
Be previously used mechanics.
Be variations of them (example: multientwine).
Be re-phrased mechanics (fading;suspend).
Extra mechanics are only used to increase your description of this block, and may not warrant you extra points.

Also, in this block, as each set comes out, I want at least 5 but no more than 8 new cards to help assist your set description. These cards can be any card type, and should probably utilize new mechanics as they are being introduced, or show tribes that are active (if you are playing with tribal) and how they interact, or be cards that interact with your mechanic, or generic cards that assist in explaining your block.

This block must also introduce a new cycle of lands. You must post at least 5, but no more than 10. These lands can also be used with your new mechanics. They do not have to be all in the same set, but could be dispersed amongst the entire block.

This is asking for a lot, I know. But I am giving out some (IMO) great prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. You also get a full 2 weeks to create this block, so don't rush yourself on getting it out as soon as possible. Unlike last round, I won't be really nitpicky. Unlike last round, You may receive help. Please be careful though, and inform me of any edits you have made. The more edits you make, I may end up deducting from your score.

tl;dr

Round 4:
2-4 legends/planeswalkers
5-8 new mechanics
15-24 new cards
5-10 new lands
22-38 new cards total

I knew that was probably going to kill me as I thought the cycle up. I gambled on the fact you didn't think of the Vertical cycle so on creativity factor I'd gone through the roof. I believe I was behind a few guys so I needed to catch up. Anyway, it's good to read that you had a hard time making the call .

I wouldn't be too mad about it. I am not quite sure he knows what he's doing. Your white knight is fine in the color pie, it is however, not just good, but completely broken. It's man-o-war on super crack. The blue creature that does the same thing cost 6 and doesn't have vigilence.

And the shields are fine designs, but they all need to cost less than the swords to be remotely playable and not at all "extremely good"

Not mad. Just want blackmage to know that is not a blue only ability. Oust is also another card that does the same thing.

Jeez, that's alot of new cards in only two weeks...

I work a lot and don't know if I'll have time to finish this, but at the end of the time frame I will submit whatever I have I guess.

Was thinking more like frantic search at 3 mana instant speed looting, but I couldnt put the untap 3 lands part on cause that would just be way too broken.

When you cast Google's Glasses, target player reveals their hand for the rest of the game.

3, tap: Insight - Look at the top 4 cards of target player's library. You may exchange any of those cards with cards already in target player's hand.

Google's Glasses can only enter the battlefield from your hand.
