You aren't supposed to be able to. Part of the point of gift payments is that by avoiding fees you lose protection and support from staff those fees would have gone towards paying.

While this is true, I generally like to confirm when people have sent so that I know when to expect things. Not everyone sends within 24 hours of agreeing to a trade.

But when someone says "Hey i'll send first here's how much it will cost" I'd take that as i'm going to sell to you all i need now is your address.

Is that a very difficult thing to do? Is there a free site I could use to host it?

It would really only require the ability to make a have/want list, message board, and possibly PM but email would work too.
