I have 200+ feedback and have restrictions. They come when someone opens a claim. And it takes a while or bunch of sales to get rid of. Damn did opened a claim on a game he didn't receive in 2 weeks overseas. Idiot ruined my thoughts on selling on eBay. That and the crazy fees now.

The cost of business of selling on eBay is that about 1/40 of your buyers are dishonest. The advantage is you get to sell stuff at a decent pace.

I've had quite a few dishonest sellers. Whether they list too cheap or "lose/damage" cards or flat out don't send or communicate/make excuses. I think in the last 2-3 months since I've been back in the game I have had to make 12 claims on eBay for not receiving. And that doesn't count the 20+ refunds outside of a claim.

Weird, cuz I usually send non-registered in PWE. So theoretically my buyers could all demand a refund if they wanted. Maybe because I only sell rarities on ebay I duck the riffraff. You can set it so people with zero feedback can't bid on you. I think I have mine set to nobody under ten. You can also blacklist buyers.

All of my claims I said were from buying. I buy BIN auctions and get refunded frequently for errors in listings. They either list at the wrong price or quantity. I also get the mass of people that try to scam. List cheap and hope PayPal sides with them. Like i said I have made close to 12 or more claims this way. It sucks tying up money like that so some idiot can pay a bill he is late on with someone else's money.

While you establish a successful eBay sales history, you may not have access to your money for up to 21 days. You may get it sooner, but it may take longer if your buyer reports a problem with the sale. This thing is dumb, especially when the other party had received the card and left positive feedback but I do not have access to the funds yet.

yah, agreed. The only way around this is giving them tracking showing it was delivered. beyond that, you need 50(?) positive feedback from the ebay you post from. That means if I list on ebay.com and someone from europe buys somethign from me and leaves positive, it doesn't count. They don't state that part anywhere and I had some long conversations over the phone with paypal when they wouldn't release my money.

You can ban people with negative feedback counts, but that's it.

I use a 4pockets Ultra-Pro binder (5$ LGS) stored in a fire/waterproof safe (40$ at Canadian Tire). 45$ keeps my valuable cards safe. If I wanna protect my Mono White Humility Stax or BUG legacy deck, I simply doublesleeve. Hope it helped

Do you use the tight card sleeves in a normal sleeve? How about using the tight ones in a binder?

lol, i put my BU duals in an empty Camel lights pack. turned sideways, I can get all 13 in there. Being that they are now called "blue"s, it fits better. The plateaus sadly (only have 3) are in a Pall Mall soft pack. Anything with green goes in some random American Spirit packs. i find they are like 1/8" wider so they 'almost' fit flat. Almost enough that 26 Savannah sit kinda comfortably. Badlands though are snug in one of those Dajorum Black boxes. They slide if you shack them but all 13 seem happy.
