I don't think it's worth it, given how outdated the architecture is. I think someone tried years ago but never heard back.
I'd be happy to set up a new forum if there was any interest, though. The costs are pretty minimal these days. __________________ "I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each. Would be great to see a new forum set up, hopefully the few remaining lurkers would help get the word out. quote: Originally posted by Goaswerfraiejen:

I still see Liq, Implode, and BernieB on Facebook so I'd be able to ask them what's going on. We'd need to figure out how to copy over the refs system, though, and whether or not the refs from here would count.__________________ <Malroth> saito is the guy who made trand retroactively right about merfolk =( ---- <@BrassMan> I dont care about what you get for yourself, I want you to get things that make my life better ---- <Nephtys> environmentalism is just irl trolling

It was originally a 20 share flyer of an investment, but there is a lot more research in to their fundamentals going on with gamma squeeze potential.
Just curious, has the recent stock movements and news changed your opinion of the stock's outlook?

I doubt anyone would be able to get through to Eddie or whoever is in charge of it. As far as starting a new site, that's been tried, with Manaloop or whatever it was, and you would have to put in some serious work. __________________ Yes, I'm still here.

Not particularly. I managed to double my position for 6.50 per share, bringing my average under 10. I plan to continue adding more if it drops to the 5s. I'll probably swing trade some shares as it's had good support in the low 6s so far. We'll see how I feel then.

I just cashed in my 6.50 shares today and took a quick 8% buck. With this much volitility, playing swings seems like the best play. If I had more balls, I would try options out. Im still new to the stock market, so I'm sticking to playing it safe. Still like WISH long a lot, but we may have a way to go to find a bottom. I'll keep swinging on it till we get there. In the meantime, I'm holding 150 shares.

That's good. Just make sure you look into the tax implication for swing trades. edit: I was holding on to 250 shares of AMD for a couple months, made a few grand selling them at around $86, and then shot up to $110+. I did buy some JPM and US Steel on the dip and made out like a bandit on those, but also went from up 10% to down 10% on Activision due to the lawsuit. Also had a couple hundred shares of INTC, which doesn't seem too hot at the moment... __________________ (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻"The enemy has been destroyed, sir. I bought the dip on NVVE. If you believe that EVs are going to overtake the Combustion Engine in our lifetime, I recommend you take a look at this company and what they do. I can't see any major firm with an all electric fleet(think school buses, delivery vehicles, heavy machinery, etc) not equipping Vehicle to Grid technology. Best I have been able to tell by my research, it works. Now it's just a waiting game. I use TD Ameritrade for all my trades. It loads up all tax info right up into my intuit for me at the end of the year. It's just a matter of tracking profits and losses at this point. I'm also watching Rite Aid and PFGC looking for a good entry point on either

I believe in EV, but I am also skeptical in a lot of the EV companies, mainly because I have business relationships with a lot of clean energy/EV companies and see their struggles in a monthly basis if not weekly. Having said that, I have a very small position in Ballard Power Systems that I am just YOLO-ing.

I agree that choosing a specific EV manufacturer is just throwing darts at a dart board. You have all these startups that are struggling just to get something to market. Lion and Bluebird are close, but hardly a lock. Lordstown looks to be a sham when it was reported that their prototype semi wasn't a working vehicle. Nikola has so many issues at hand as well. This is why Nuvve is so intriguing to me. They aren't a charging play or a lithium play, they are their own thing, which is why when the dust settles from all the SPAC companies that went public this past year, whoever remains standing will be utilizing vehicle to grid. Plus there is always the longshot chance of a Tesla, Ford, or GM buyout. It seems like a low risk/high reward to me. Especially in 4 years when their warrants start to expire.

If you look at some of the EV companies financial reports, they have a lot of assets and cash on their balance sheet with next to no revenue on their income statements. Without naming names, I was not able to get a $50,000 credit insurance coverage from a global insurance company for three EV/fuel cell companies with market caps of few hundred millions to a few billions dollars. None of the underwriters want to insure them and that sets off all the alarms. Contrary to investing in EV, I was looking into putting some money back in January into car manufacturers that are lagging behind in EV, like Honda and Toyota. I figured they will catch up in the near future, but didn't find an entry point I liked, and now they have both gone up even more.

That's a good idea on Toyota and Honda. Stocks like those, I'm not too concerned with finding the right entry point as they both pay nice little dividends. Honestly, with Honda sitting in the low 30s, might be a great time to get in. Consider HMC added to my watch list as well. Doesn't hurt their optics that I've never driven a Honda I haven't loved.

So I picked up a collection. Most of the cards are NM-LP condition but they smell like they have been sitting in a chain smoker's closet for ten years. How much does that hurt the value? And how would I go about making them not stinky?

Put them in a larger box with A LOT of baking soda and seal it up. Change out the baking soda frequently to help absorb the smells. You could try stuff like dryer sheets but those just smask the smell. You could also try to seal up the cards with a cup of vinegar and then after a few days air out the cards but that may or may not be as effective as you'd like. __________________ ☆GųŠŠė§§☆ "The tin man says I'm doing fine"I'm a pluviophile.

Stopped by just to see how everyone was doing. This day is pretty somber and I remember this day all too vividly. Hope everyone is doing okay, able to manage through the day, and looking forward to bettering themselves.__________________ ☆GųŠŠė§§☆ "The tin man says I'm doing fine"I'm a pluviophile.

Sweet. I traded mine for shiny plastic disks with data etched into the. I would like myself a couple lead throwers sometime in the near future though. Definitely a pointy feathered stick slinger too.

I'm selling some of mine on MKM. Excellent site. Lots of whiners about clouded foils or whatever the f that is. Foil is foil. I can't help it that the damn things fade or whatever. Funny enough it looks like the Europeans are bigger whiners than the Americans. Who would've thought that? __________________ I'm a geek, you're a geek.
