You heart pyr0?I remember him. I met him a BBQ one time that Jazaray hosted. He whooped my sorry ass at chess. I shouldn't be super surprised given he was an engineering student at Harvard.

So a former contractor of mine that worked on my properties went full-on "you know who" threatening legal action, federal investigation, saying they had more money and properties and gold than I did (probably, I hate gold.)At first, I swear I thought it WAS you know who when the texts started coming in. Found out a bit later it wasn't, but goddamn. What a day that was. ------------- Anway, I have a new folder on my phone, I call it "Soul Crushing Despair" and it's where I keep all the dating apps I pay for, instead of spending money on anything else to make me happy.... Also all the dating apps I don't pay for, which are equally soul-crushing....

I also got my first AR, and I'm going to go play poker with the cousin in a few weeks at 100y. No more old-ass bolt-action 22 from Sears before I was born, for me. (though, it is a fun plinker still.)
Ruger 556, Magpul package. Wish I had gotten the Ruger LCP the FFL had, but I already have a .25 for self-defense edc. But yea MTG, to Audio, to Kitchen Knives, to Firearms. Were will I go next? Probably into depression.

Without getting into the weapons-discussion, what's with the US and the right the bear arms? Not that Europe is much better, divided we stand and fall, at least the US has created something of a union. But this weapons thing keeps amazing me. Little kids shooting themselves, or their parents. Teenager shootings at school because you got a bad grade or something.

Sup dude. I just logged in for the first time in 3 years myself to discover a brand new PFS. And we all know that we are to post in them aggressively until a mod closes it, or get karma smacked for more than 3 posts per page.

Oh my lord, karma smacks. That's a name I've not heard in a long, long time!  When Facebook was brand new to me and I'd already been on MOTL 6 or 7 years, I added a bunch of MOTL folks on there. I have very lax social media pruning habits, so every so often something interesting from a MOTLer will pop into my feed and I'll show the Mrs, and she's like "who is that and why do you know them" and it brings me back. As for what's up; this is it! On a nostalgia trip. Doing some R&D for a dynasty fantasy football draft pick and pondering if it's a nice enough day for deck beers (it's not, but a few of the gang are probably going to go anyway so I may join 'em!) What's up with you?

Nothing really. I stopped collecting and turning pieces of cardboard sideways well over a decade ago. For fun these days I collect shiny plastic disks and smash buttons on my Nintendo Wii instead, and occasionally the Switch if my kids aren't occupying it. I still crank heavy metal music and flip eggs at a local breakfast cafe for my day job.Glad to hear you are doing well. I'm gearing up for summer right now, not that you would know anything about that being from Canada and all!

I have to Google magictraders forums to get here. In other news, you can find me more frequently at videogamesage.com. it's a old school early 2000s style forum with a nice community full of nerds in their 30s and 40s.
