Well, I got scammed out of $200 on fb marketplace this week and paypal is spouting some bs about how it was a payment but not a protected payment so I'm kinda put off from expanding my collection right now until I sell off more mtg. However, you have my attention lol

no t/a posts updated in the past 30 days. No hw list bumps today.It's crazy thinking about the days where you'd get mad that someone appeared to post on a thread just to bump their friend's post (pm'd!) resulting in your thread falling to page 2. Ugh, we've been here a long time. My MOTL account has to keep dodging Matt Gaetz because he thinks it's a cute age.

Maybe you guys heard of the many fires in California this year?Well, I lost my house/garage in the Caldor fire... Which means I lost a TON of Magic cards including all foil decks and complete sets. I have a few binders left, but I'm just gutted.

Sorry to hear that Boltbait. I too evacuated for the Caldor but was lucky it stayed away from Pollock. It's got me thinking of selling next Spring and moving to the East Coast.

While I'm well insured, I seriously doubt I'll ever buy enough magic cards to replace what I lost. I do still have a few mint sets (AQ, Revised w/playset of duals, 4th, 5th, IA, TM, US, etc.) and my global set of Rush Lightning Bolts--except the 4 foil ones that were lost in the fire. __________________

Few weeks back, Facebook memories showed me a (very cringe) longpost Note I wrote about my favorite albums from 2007. Today, after 10 minutes of struggling to get Facebook to re-show me to no avail, I remembered having posted it here also. I popped in to get the GD forum URL to shove into the Wayback Machine, and sure enough ~20 seconds later, I'd found my (very cringe) review of albums that I liked in 2007. Up yours, Zucks. Forums will never die! Also: Happy New Year, old haunt & old pals who still stop by.
