I don't like dies as an offical part of MTG text but i say it anyway.
As for kill... Well, if you destroy a living thing it probably died >.<

Dies, buried, put in the graveyard from play, put in the graveyard from the battlefield...personally, I don't care what they call it, but it would be helpful when I'm teaching new players - especially younger ones like my daughter - if they'd quit changing the various terms every few sets.

There's, like, barely any kill spells that kill stuff bigger than X/2s. So green creatures are hawt. So is stuff like the 3/3 flying flash for 4U guy. Also, it's very possible to get many porcelain legionnaires.

yep, the legionaries, the 2/4 guy that gives a -1/-1 counter, the 2/1 blue phyrexian mana flier, the 5/4 trample, and of course vault scourge. This is basically my draft deck any how, so adding rage extractor just makes this stupid.

^^ Fixed. Yea....doesn't matter what you draft, or your opponent's for that matter either. Hard to lose when you keep stealing their best guy. The max Enslave's I've seen in a given deck(3xNPH draft) was 3. The rest of the deck didn't matter. Turns out that Control Magic is better than acutally playing Magic/Spells. Who knew?

just tried to replicate the advice on the draft simulator, seems to quite a fast format (especially if you lap up the phyrexian guys). hoping to pick up quite a few extractors (had 5 in the last sim... if only that would/could happen)
whats your the take on the double B diabolic edict, glissa's scorn, blind zealot, blinding souleater and pristine talisman?

all good cards. You're drafting 3x small set, you'll randomly get nuts decks. Its why we've already moved on from drafting this at our shop.As for enslave, I don't feel you can get that many. That card shouldn't be passed. With all the phyrexian mana guys I still typically end up in u/b or u/r w/ any removal spells I could get my hands on. Most enslaves I've had was 1.

I have $120 or so (including shipping to $135)What booster box should I get for the best chance of recouping my money quickly? (I do not wan't to get M11, or any other core set.) __________________

Where was that thing, i think it was some sort of searchable database put on the internet, that let you search for all the nonbasic lands? I can't remember much about it but now i that i play EDH i'm trying to figure out all the lands that exist for particular colors.

If you can get it Red infect is pretty hot in NPH, the 2/1 first striker, 0/4 firebreather or even the pinger are all awesome. I drafted RU infect and won the finals against my friend who had Triple enslave, apprently triple apostle's blessing beats triple enslave XD

So,
I posted a buylist on a local board, with MOTL prices and I get flamed. I think I'm gonna stop to care about giving locals a fair deal if they're not my friend anymore...
Anyone got an idea to make them realize their prices are ****ed up?

Show them Starcitygames prices plus shipping, and then show them other stores (I prefer AdventuresOn and TrollAndToad) that have cheaper shipping and cheaper cards (usually). Ask them which store they'd buy from. Then show them eBay. Show them eBay sellers with 100+, 1000+, or 10000+ positive feedback, and try to explain to them thats the same as buying from a store, and more often than not cheaper. Chances are they won't care and will still have inflated values of whatever cards because they're all dumb.
