SCG has a Russian section, but they don't have much right now. eBay is another good option.

Really? That's weird, i was going to remark how i'm seeing suddenly quite a few more people than normal have jap cards, all new phyrexia.

Russian looks way cooler than latin letters languages, that's why i try to get them. I don't really get anything that deserves a premium though (compare IoK to japfoil IoK, japfoil jace to regular jace) and i don't like foils so it doesn't cost me more. I'm still pretty certain you're a tool if you want to spend nearly 500 on a Polluted Delta just because you can't read it and it's shiny, instead of getting one in english for a 25th the price.

Disclaimer: not that im trying to offend anyone

Edit: Whoops, nevermind, those are really good prices. I'm really tired and read it as "per" without seeing the total somehow. He's essentially giving you english foil prices on that stuff.

I had no idea Russian cards were so hot.

It means that on the foil version of the 10th edition card, there is flavor text. They did it for a few cards in 10th, like Paladin en-Vec. The non foil versions would just have reminder text, and the foil versions would have flavor text.

Gotta be careful with buying loose boosters.
Lots of times people who open hundreds of boxes (usually for pre-orders) will open boxes until they have pulled 4 mythics or some number of foils then take the rest and toss them in a pool to sell individually.
They assume the leftover packs have a lesser percentage chance of having mythics/foils.

Not too long ago i bought 19 packs of scars from a trader on here who does presales. I pulled 1 foil and 0 mythics. Its possible but its statistically improbable.
