-1: Target artifact becomes indestructible until EOT. (Darksteel ability, of Karn's Mirrodin world creation)

-3: Put an artifact creature into play with P/T equal to 2 times the Loyalty Counters on Karn, Silver Golem (power ability, seems fun)

I would have put Urza either in Urza's Block, or definitely in Apocalypse. Karn most likely would have found a place in the Mirrodin block. Obviously both of these are pretty good, maybe too good, but I really like how I fit them into the storyline of their respective plots. Karn's Power ability seems a little too good, but at the same time makes him very vulnerable.

Earlier today, someone ranted at me for about the same length of time for being a noob when I pointed out that Sonic Burst required him to discard a card at random as an additional cost, and that I would decide whether to counter it or not once that had been done. He had the audacity to tell me to read the card--after I typed the card's text out for him.

Sigh. I try to be nice and accept any games that come my way, but the people on MWS really exasperate me. It's three or four quitters (or worse) before I can have a proper game with someone. Why do I bother?

Isn't there some sort of a blacklist for players with whom to avoid. I haven't opened an account yet but I'm sure I'll be having my fair share of headaches.

Have you ever played against someone in real life who puts their land on the battlefield and xiters/xiterfacts/xiterantments where the land should go. Kind of annoying.

No, we're not. This is a family friendly site. Which means,and ALWAYS has, that if it's not safe for work (IE: Contains swears, illicit pics, etc) It's not safe for here either. We have members here from ALL ages. I'm not sure why you would think it would be appropriate. It never has been.
