Ugh and I was just about to re-pick up bridges too. Besides, how could they even possibly be used! Dredge is all but dead in modern, barring some dredge redux in Innistrad.

Ugh, I was just looking to pick up Bridges. They were dirt cheap a couple weeks ago. EDIT: Also, looks like Clique has jumped in the last week or so. I just traded mine for $10 worth of commons and uncommons I wanted. (Of course, I've been wanting them for ages, and it's not like I was using the Clique.) __________________ "I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each. Yep, time for me to unload my groves before demand drops methinks. quote: Originally posted by AlmostGrown: Ugh and I was just about to re-pick up bridges too. Besides, how could they even possibly be used! Dredge is all but dead in modern, barring some dredge redux in Innistrad.
Hope springs eternal, I suppose. What the hell are you going to do without dread return anyway, mill your whole deck for the juggernaut that is quadruple-Narcomoeba beatdown? __________________ "I never got any respect at all. The new annoying trend seems to be:"Modern is expensive -> Everything needs to be reprinted." __________________ Most References in Massachusetts 88th All-timeSupport my friend's store: http://www.tabletoparena.com

Isn't that the purpose of Modern? An non-rotating format where Wizards can reprint and control the cost?

Except that this was the purpose of Modern in the first place. To be an eternal format that sidestepped the reserve list and thus had reprintable staples. __________________ "I never got any respect at all. My family moved a lot when I was a kid, but I always found them." -- Rodney Dangerfield

A lot of mention of shocks and goyf being reprinted, but Thoughtseize never gets mentioned when it comes to reprints. It seems like the most reprintable of the staples to me other than the shocks.

There better be some reprints soon or this is madness.

Kind of unreal that otherwise legit sellers continually sell these proxies, and get away with it.
