Yup, had some gems like Domri is the worst PW ever printed, people quoting values that were outdated weeks ago, no one knowing how Fiend Hunter works, claiming EDH isn't real, no one cares about it, and that Commander (EDH) is 100% controlled by WoTC who is a big evil company.

Though my favorite is people saying cards that saw multiple copies in top 8 were horrid and the players using them were bad.

nah, its somewhere slightly above Tibalt for sure. I do want to test with it as any walker has potential since they are difficult to deal with at times, but this walker seems to not do much. I don't think the price tag is justified since the card seems so low impact on the board.

I feel so bad I'm watching my friend, David, draft and his Opp accidentally conceded the match instead of just the game.


He kept an iffy hand though, but he'd already mulled once. He had Kozilek, Temple Garden, Coalition Relic and three forests.

He drew Green Sun Zenith and then went for Rofellos. He got Kozilek out turn 5 It was neat.

Ouch. Alot of people here buying packs of gatecrash here, 1 person bought 15 packs and 2 fatpacks, and none are having rares or mythics.. Good ole walmart for ya..

Simic especially. The overall deck synergy is getting better as well. I'm glad WotC is continuing to push more and more playables into the event decks while still keeping demand for the current in-print set chase cards. Though, this is like the 2nd or 3rd time champion of the parish has hit one of these things.

If you take what I paid (271.03) and add up all the cards that are currently retailing at 3.00 or more, I came out with 416 dollars. Plus all the random 0.50-2.99 stuff.

The problem I have is that there's a rather large disconnect between retail and ebay pricing for gatecrash. It happened with RTR too, but I dunno, just seems more apparent with gatecrash. I suggest trading it away as fast as humanly possible. There's very little impact at the rare or mythic level for gatecrash on any constructed format, though the foil thespians stage is something worth sitting on. I imagine that card is going to be worth a pretty penny a year from now.

Yup, it's going to be an auto-include in pretty much every EDH deck I think.
