There already is a BBB enchantment that you're describing. So you like cast your vote for nothing, huh?

Also agreed that a stormed Empty the Warrens should be a blowout either way. You win in 1-2 turns later or you lose to Tabernacle/Engineered Explosives.

So I re-read after and I did miss-read bigtime. He said that WOTC always adds 2 (as in +2cc) and I read that as part of the sacrifice cost. A la, Infernal Tribute already exists. Haha, reading is tech.

But free sac outlet for card-draw? That's OP big time. If you want that, it's going to end up being costed like EDH bulk rare anyways. So why bother even asking? And then it's still too OP for EDH and will get banned.

Red destroys artifacts and casts sorceries. Plus it does this in random style. So you could get:

Schwingzilla Mage
1RR - Creature
Human Ape Wizard (you are referring to the Zingzilla's with your username right?)

When -this- comes into play, search your library for 2 different sorceries and reveal them. An opponent chooses one of them at random. Put that into your hand and the other in your graveyard.

Or

When -this- comes into play, reveal the top 3 cards of your library. Choose a sorcery from those and bury the others.

Last one:

When -this- comes into play, you may cast a sorcery card with CMC 3 or less from your hand without paying its mana cost. (Ok, this might be too much)
