MTGO gets more slow and bloated the higher the version number gets. At least the beta doesn't hard-freeze my computer anymore.

Is there a deck editor on BETA? Sorry for hijacking modern masters thread... I cant believe how WOTC can produce worse MTGO than what we had before.

My bad for hijacking this thread, woke up really early today and mistook this for the PFMS. Now let us return to the PFMS to whine about MTGO.

Did my first four man draft last night. The second one will. E Saturday night. I pulledElspeth Arcbound Ravager Tooth and Nail Verdeloth the Ancient Countryside Crusher Knight of the reliquary Dragonstorm Pyromancer's Swath Reveillark Greater Gargadon City of Brass Angel's Grace Foil Electrolyze Foil Murderous Redcap Path to Exile Manamorphose Could have been way worse. My draft pool could have been too, I guess, but I'm still pretty bad. We had Thallids, Giants, Faeries, and my RU deck that was supposed to crush with two Bonesplitters, several one drop dudes, a ton of other artifacts, and 4 Myr Enforcer. I initially ran 3 enforcers, then dropped to one, and never cast one. I had three electrolyze, two glacial ray, two Lava Spike. I basically couldn't do anything against Thallids or Giants, but stomped Faeries. Something to do with my burn spells actually killing dudes, I'd guess. __________________ *My LJ*Letter Bombs!*FB*Logout- MM is a copycat! (So am I)*CKGB

My mate pulled Kokusho and Kiki Jiki in two straight boxes, what were the odds of that? Too bad they weren't Tarmogoyf and Confidant/Clique.

As long as they soon start developing for MAC, I'm satisfied.

That makes sense to me as Mutavault has been spoiled for M14 at rare. I am pretty sure they've done the same with Thoughtseize. M14 is going to be a pretty sweet set, seeing as they are printing the cards which escaped MM. http://www.mtgsalvation.com/m14-spoiler.html

Are Tarmogoyf 1:100 packs in MM?

1:121 actually. 1 per ~5 boxes. 1 mythic per 8.5 packs, that would be 1:127.5

where do you get the 8.5 number? There are 53 rares and 15 mythics. This makes for a standard 121 card rare sheet (each rare twice, each mythic once). So, out of every 121 packs made, 1 gets a goyf. __________________ "He fights you not because you have wronged him, but because you are there."<@BrassMan> what do you need new tech for? <@BrassMan> gush is unrestricted <@Anusien> Pretty sure New Zealanders are the sheep shaggers <KIP_NZ> Anusien: I'm a kiwi and I've shagged a sheep

Since things are cheaper on MODO, is it even remotely worth drafting MM? 8 tix for a phantom draft is even stainsier. You get one MM pack and a bunch of cube tix if you 3-0? Psh.

My bad, brain fart, no idea where the extra 0.5 came from

Secondary market and "set sellers" are two entirely different animals. WOTC is more than happy to include cards that will support the sales of any given set, provided it meets the criteria for their standard meta designs.

For those of us going to the GP, it's great. It let's you practice the draft format without mortgaging your house.
