I'm saying that I believe that neither of them is a wolf. In this case, I feel it is better to vote for the less helpful of the two cits.

Actually, the person running the game is the only one who should create the next thread. Both MM and Liq know that they have special permission to start new threads before the old ones are closed, but due to the need to update the kill information and such, it's very important that only they start the new threads.
