Star city has them for .25-.99 each. They are sold out of a lot of the .99 ones. So i have about 30$ in SCG credit I need to spend. any suggestions? Hot legacy, EDH foils maybe over looking. Stuff they have underpriced. Etc.

So I'm trying to decided on the best way to orginze the list of Pete Venters signed cards I want to start collecting theres roughly 375ish cards I haven't really counted them all yet. Any ideas? I'm also hoping to turn it into a global set at some point as well. My goal is to put it all together on a website and share how it goes.

What Draft should I be doing on on MTGO between the Swiss and 4-3-2-2? I have been playing Swiss and consistently 2-1, but just played a 4-3-2-2 because they had 7 and won it.Edit: I know the 8-4 is the most profitable, but I dont think I am up to those yet.

Swiss if you are looking for better payout, 4-3-2-2 if you want a higher standard. I only ever do 4-3-2-2 nowadays if I'm short of time. If you can spare the time, do sealed daily events.

I'd just like to see MPR come back and have everything go back to normal. All this new stuff just saves/makes Hasbro money, it doesn't advance the game.

I really hate it when people assume that because Hasbro is doing something to make money...they are a business, that is what they are suppose to do. The people that have to make happy are their Stock holders in the end and they have a far larger market to appease than just Magic players. I doubt the people that are complaining are investors of Hasbro so honestly, they are just probably whining that they aren't getting more free stuff.

I don't understand your first sentence fragment, but I'm pretty sure you are saying the same thing that I am, without knowing it.

I'd love to see MPR return or an equivalent. Would double the player participation here. A lot of players here played for participation points for it before it was canceled. Since then most of them haven't played sanctioned mtg. __________________ <Jazaray> LIQ! <Jazaray> you broke MOTL <Liq> totally <BoltBait> Don't make me kick you <Slinga> Have no fear, MOTL's janitor is here! <nderdog> So we're all agreed, it's Liq's fault, right? <Leshrac> let me deal with that * Liq has been banned

Short reaction to the recent announcements:I'm out of paper magic except for my commons cube (Until it gets any better, if it ever does). Maybe I'll play a little mtgo since I went infinite on constructed. I still like the game, I just don't have any incentives to do anything about it IRL. The tournaments lost all interest to me.

There are plenty of people who played because of MPR. __________________ MOTL Fantasy NBA 2010 ChampionIf you don't like your job, you don't strike! You just go in every day, and do it really half assed. That's the American way. - Homer

I traveled farther to a place that had sanctioned (and cost $1 more for drafts) instead of going to a relatively nearby store for years because of MPR. Now I just go to a university club that used to be sanctioned FNM until WOTC yanked all club's sanctioning last year. No store wanted to help us out and make us "affiliated".

That sucks, stores are dumb to not want to be affiliated especially those that sell magic but don't want to give up the room for people to play. __________________ Member Since 03/28/2001 11000+ posts 1st in posts in Ontario 13th in posts on MOTL Top 5 in Refs in Ontario (by people who location posted)

The guy who runs my LGS says that you can use any Event deck for FNM, as long as you play it without altering it. Can I get a confirm/deny for this? He says that this comes from wizards, but I think he's mixing up what they said about the Stoneforge event deck with all of them.
