A MOTL'er had a points system with his Wasteland being more than my 3 Snapcaster Mage. I posted just to know exactly why?

Once again. Yes, Replenish is Legacy legal and it doesn't matter if you counter [insert any enchantment]. If I have Argo/Presence in play, I still draw.

And such were 9 out 10 of my games.

LOL people don't understand the fact that cast of the spell causes the ability to trigger.

I've played my enchantress deck with if it gets countered, it doesn't get played so I don't draw.

The new one looks to be people giving a percentage of how much they will trade up. By their math my $20 card should get me $22 worth of their stuff. But, even when you want two of their $11 cards, they refuse. God forbid if you try to squeeze 4-5 cards worth $23 total out of them.

Back on Enchantress. Had Sigil and two Presence in play. They countered Choke I drew two and made and angel and they flipped out. So in response to the counter, I Temporal Isolation their Goyf. Drew two more and another angel. They quit. *sigh

I'm looking to trade up into stuff and my percentage is 20-25% in people's favour, and if they want 50 cards for 1 card I want, I'm happy to do it. Not everybody trading up is doing it to increase the value of their collection, some of us are just trying to consolodate our giant pile of cards, and get a few cards we can use for EDH :P

I've posted on lists before and posted that I have 70-80% of their wants, willing to give a premium for trading into a bigger card.

More often than not, I'm turned down. Even though I have most of their list and want to give a premium, some MOTL'ers are just too concerned with "not trading down" or potentially "losing in a trade" for their own gosh darn good.

It's really too bad...for them. Most of the time they have only that ONE good card sitting on their lists anyways and they end up spending a ton in postage.
