For stuff this new, no one reads cards. People only look at the art. These are some of the most easily recognizable cards you can have.

You have no responsibility to pay him if the cards never arrive. The sender is responsible for the cards until they reach you safely, unless some other sending arrangement was agreed upon in advance.

Any chance you can share the tracking number? Sometimes the status messages can offer a little insight on what happened.

Unless they make an announcement along the lines of "we are greatly incresing the print run for this specific FTV set", I don't see that happening, in regards to a flood of original set JTMS, both in terms of foil and non-foil.
