Hi coolio!just a small question...(please send me e-mail) If I have Kismet in play. and I play Equipose on my turn... on my opponents turn: does my opponent's "previously phased out" artifacts, creatures, and lands, comes to play tapped? __________________ KARATE-DO G.A.B. Well, just in case anyone else had the same question. Things that phase in don't trigger "come into play" abilities. -Guenhwyvar__________________ -Guenhwyvar Member of G.A.B Blue Team and Judge in training.

Ok, so you cast ReplenishHumility only affects itself so it's a 1/1 creature with no abilities Opalescences are both 4/4 creatures Humility is killed by Aether Flash

I hope I get this right...1. Opalescences turn them all in 4/4 creatures... 2. Humility turns itself in a 1/1 creature with no abilities, that's why the other enchantment creatures stay 4/4 3. Aether Flash deals 2 damage to them all, so Humility is the only killed enchantment

Well, humility turns itself into a 1/1. No biggie.Aether flash does damage to creatures as they come into play. At the time replenish resolves Aether flash isn't in play yet and as such doesn't take effect. By the time it's "in play' to effect other permanents everything else is already in play. __________________ -Guenhwyvar Member of G.A.B Blue Team and Judge in training.

simple cools: you get kicked out of the tourney and get your judging lisecne revoked! j/khumility's in play, and my opponent plays Elvish Lookout, and thanx to the humility, my opponent can pump him up, so i cast Cessation on it; later when the humility leaves play, what happens to the enchantments on the Lookout? lmk

well.. the correct answer is nothing happens.. they all come into play as 1/1 creatures.opalesence makes them come into play all as creatures.. humility makes them enter play as 1/1 creatures without abilities.. therefore.. Ęther flash never triggers since it no longer has that ability by the time its in play. © and selvaxri: it doesnt fall off.. cessation stays till its removed.

But if Opalescence loses its abilities, why don't they all become enchantments again... Then they're not creatures anymore, so their abilities would come back, turning everything into creatures and.. oh wait another infinite loop Or.. Euhm Humility has no abilities either so then the Opalescences would be 4/4 creatures and.. euh aaaaaaah!!!!

If I have a Tangle Wire out and It's my Upkeep again, can I take a Fading Counter off of Tangle Wire before paying it's requirements. I heard you could, but I would like to make sure.

master of tolaria: i think they all become white... what ever was cast most recently, determines the color...i cast Forgotten Harvest, then i cast Copper-Leaf Angel and sack all my land; can i remove more than one land a turn to more more that one counter on the C-L Angel? lmk [This message has been edited by Selvaxri (edited 06-07-2000).]

Here is a scenary for my blue artifact deck:Here is what is in play on my side: Artifacts: karn 2 Thran Dynamos 1 Rejuvenation Chamber Creatures: Morphling Lands: 10 islands I play mishra's helix, Time to attack. I turn helix, r. chamber, and both thran dynamos into creatures. The finshing stroke is helix but my friend observing the game says that helix has summoning sickness and cannot attack. I said it does not have summoning sickness, cause it is an artifact, but he says that cause you turned it into a creature he does have it. Please help me cause he won the game.

Maro1: I also play with tangle wires. Since everything triggers at the begining of your upkeep, you may choose the order it happens in. So yes, you may remove the fade counter and then pay the cost.

Banding works something like this:First, creatures with banding can only "band" with other creatures with banding. Let's say a creature with banding is in play. Let's say Joe attacks me. I have 2 Benalish Hero's out, and I'm at 1 life. Joe has a War Mammoth. Now, if I only had regular 1/1 creatures out, I would die if Joe attacked me, cuz the 1 xtra trample damage would hurt me, and kill me. But because the Hero's have banding, they can put all the combat damage onto one of the Heros, thus I only lose 1 Benalish Hero and I live, instead of losing both and dying. Basicly, if you have creatures with banding and the opponent doesn't, you control damage dealing...I believe there's some more intrincacies (spelling?) involved, but let someone else help...I'm tired. But why does anybody care, cuz banding is DEAD!! Muhahaha!!

I have an idea to settle all of those bad simul. come-into-play effects, like the flash-humility-opalescence thingy.HOW ABOUT: They come into play based on alpha/numeric sorting: so: Aether Flash comes into play first (starts with an A) Humility comes into play next (starts with an H) Opalescence comes into play (starts with an O) So, the flash comes in. Then Humility comes into play. Then Opalescence comes into play( this is where the sh*t starts)...you can sort it out from here...I am only the messenger. :-) __________________ "No T.V. and no beer make Homer something something..." The secret combo with Carnival of Souls is with Equilibrium and Angelic Chorus, and creatures that cost 0 and have toughness 2 or more (ornithopter, phyrexian walker, shield sphere)Common cause works like this: If all non-artifact creatures in play share a color, so if they are all white, or black, whatever, they all get +2/+2. So it can be good for your opponent as well as for you. I'm going to use them in my red&white burn deck. Burn his creatures, attack with my strong white creatures. And I can also use artifact creatures, they won't get the +2/+2, but they don't prevent my other creatures from having it.
