Anyone care to show me where the prophecy I listed earlier happened at? The one about Mars and such?...Most of his statements are General, but a lot are on the dot. Reminds me of Haroscopes. __________________ ~Stupid Rambleing Ends Here~ E-mail: imthefirestarter@hotmail.com AIM: NaimOfNone I'ma gonna rock JSS 01-02 with style. Completely uncalled for. The middle east has done nothing wrong. Hell, they supply us with oil that we need for all of our cars and such. The road of hatred should not be traveled apon. For all we know, the people who did this could have come from Minnesota, or from Texas, or any other place in the world. Don't jump to conclusions. CNN did that when they said the US was attacking Kabul tonight, but they were dead wrong. - Matt __________________ Matt Tobia AIM: TobySU03 gbs3769@hotmail.com Ref-list H/W List #2 Poster in Syracuse, NY (Does anyone live in Syracuse, NY?)

ok,is is ticking me off a bit.We americans need to stop pointing fingers.Yes,this is truly tragic,no questions, but we are pointing fingers at people and we have no evidence wuts so ever about who did.Remember the oklahoma city bombing, foreigners were blamed right away.Turned out being a ordinary(well maybe not normal but not a terrorist) that did the whole thing.Yes,i think Bush is an awful president, sying this was a "cowardly" just made me want to cry that he thinks this it was cowardly to hi-jack a plane and crash it and die with that title.Edit: exactly gbs3769.I would've quoted what you said but i didn't read your post until now.

I never directly stated that this heinous act was done intentionally to boost the economy. To even fathom that would be transcending asinine. Summary of my post: A war boosts a nation's economy. If you want my opinion, I'll give it to you. __________________ Zoelef@yahoo.com My references "If God didn't want us to eat in church he would've made gluttony a sin!" -Homer Simpson

It DOES make sense if the US did plan this, think about it, you do these horrendous acts, place the blame on one of your most hated enemies, go to war, BOOM, not only do you eliminate the enemy, put you also put your country's morale and economy through the roof. ALTHOUGH, I REALLY DOUBT this will occur.*ASIDE* People that think that the US isn't as powerful as you think are horribly, horribly mistaken. __________________ Check out my $1 sale! http://www.magictraders.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/015045.htmlCheck out my H/W: http://www.magictraders.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/081076.html

Personally, I'd like to see three towers built in their place, with the middle one much taller than the other two. That way, it would look like a giant middle finger, directed straight at the ****ers who did this lol

Well, unfortunately you didn't understand that I was using it as a figure of speech. Yes we do have allies, we have alot of them, but does that mean they like us? Absolutely not. I've been to 14 European countries, all in large groups of Americans, and I can assure you, not many of those countries are nice to us at all. That's all I was pointing out.

Man this has been a day... I can't imagine what must've been going through their heads to do something like this. Just because a group is mad at us doesn't mean that even one innocent person should die, little-own 10,000+ I hope that no one who reads this finds any of there friends or family caught up in this, but if you are i'm prayin for ya. God bless. ~Nick

Did anyone else see the footage of villagers in Palestine celebrating and dancing in the street after hearing this news? I mean, that was extremeley sickening to me, and a lot of them were KIDS too!!! What's this world comming to and where is it going? Jeez. Sidenote: After all this, some of you find a way to sneak a poke at GW. I think this should actually be the time we follow behind him rather than express ur extreme left wing views. It's ridiculous. He has Cheney and an extremely experienced cabinet (*cough*powell*cough*). Give this guy a break here.

I am reading all of the great posts here (btw this is the best conversation on a topic I've ever seen on MOTL) and many posts have been talking about the date 911. If i'm not wrong, in 1993, Sept. 11 (9/11/93) at Camp David there were peace talks, so it's kind of an anniversary I guess.__________________ ¤§pµ¤"and he who walks in heaven took from them the dawn of their return"

Umm how happy were majority of americans when they started bombing the gulf? A great many of the civilians died there too and who was over here rejoicing? why because we got to keep oil!

Exactly...I am one of the first to admit I don't like George W. but at this time, the last thing we should be doing is making cracks about him. And about Nostradamas (sp?)...look at all his predictions...you wouldn't be able to understand them for jack (I can't and I consider my self pretty intelligent)...but looking back and thinking about it, they all make sense...but they are all so general they can be applied to many events...like someone above said, there is one being applied to this that was used in Desert Storm...I saw a rather convincing argument that applied the same "prophecy" to a large bug in an Intel Pentium chip and to the atomic bombings in Japan to end WW2. IMO Nostradamus isn't all he's cracked up to be. ~Adam __________________ AIM: Rizzo111111 ICQ: 117794093 My Website! You've been hit by You've been struck by a smooth criminal.

Yes, but we didn't deliberately bomb and kill civilians. What happened today was just outright wrong, and a disgrace to all humanity and mankind. It's different if it's between soldiers, but purposely taking out innocent civilians for "revenge" is just sickening, and I have absolutely no respect for people who support actions like this. What went on today proves nothing but pure hatred in this world, and just angers me more to what society has become. __________________ "Every man dies ignorant." I was deeply moved by what happened today, but I had the lingering thought, what if it was worse, or what if it gets worse...we're lucky today, the method of destruction was jet fuel, but what if it was a nuclear warhead, or the release of anthrax spores into the ventilation system? There were threats of it in Canada many times over the past year, and each time we kept on thinking what if it happened, what if it really happened. This is by far a tragedy of huge proportion, but just remember, it still could have been worse, there could be many more dead, and there could have been more targets. As for your finger pointing, it is not the time and place right now, if we make unsubstantiated accusations right now, we head into even more peril, and we're worse than the people who did this to us...I have to admit, the children dancing in the streets of palestine was very heartbreaking, but remember these people were kicked out of their land due to the US handing over land to Isreal, they had the right to act in somewhat of a vengeful manner, and their vengence, though more likely not done by palestinians, was in this form today.
