I heard this morning while listening to 106.3 FM out of Little Rock (dunno where they got their sources) that a man on the flight that crashed in Pennsylvania called his wife on his cell phone and said that the plane had been hijacked and that he and a handful of other passengers were going to rush the cockpit, and that the plane crashed shortly after that call. Also, a woman called and said that a relative was on her way home from work and eye-witnessed the plane crash and that there was nothing visibly wrong with the plane before it hit the ground, which pretty much rules out the plane getting shot down by our military. __________________ General Discussion Forum Moderator Please report rules violations!! [/B] You can read about the man who called his wife on msnbc.com. Unless I misread it, it sounded like the terrorists killed the pilot(s) of that flight and some of the passengers decided to take back the plane. It sounded as if they succeeded, but couldn't control the plane and thus it crashed. As for the eye-witness report of the plane going-down. CNN reported last night that the US Government stated that the military did not shoot down that plane. It seems the FBI now have evidence from security cameras at the airports and warrants to leads in other places, florida i gather. If they can link it all to Bin Laden the Taliban would be very foolish not to extradite him, not that i dont think the taliban deserve to be attacked anyway. Not that it means much, but id just like to add my voice to the internationals on the board expresseing their condolences for anyone involved with us or any of their families hurt in these despicable acts.
