John Byrne's Next Men...I hope that they make this into a movie or miniseries.

Great series. If you like this, I would suggest starting his Alvin series...very good. First book I believe is called Seventh Son.

I just finished a couple Michael Crichton books. He is a great author, I must say.
Airframe
The Andromeda Strain
Disclosure (I think it's called that...i blazed through it in a day or so without even looking at the cover...)

A Princess of Mars -Edgar Rice Burroughs

one of his first works before he published, and became famous for his creation- Tarzan.
only bad part is, is that there are supposedly a couple sequels, but the stories are so old, publisher's don't bother to print them anymore- besides, ER Burroughs, Inc. holds all the rights to his stories.
damnit! i want to finish the Tarzan series!

Can't you try the library or Ebay? My library has 166 Burroughs volumes.

I'm currently reading Let it Bleed, by Gary Indiana.

my libraries don't have **** for books... i'll try ebay- but thier either bogged down with the old comics or Disney's attempt at Tarzan (trust me, Disney slaughtered the name of Tarzan.)

Currently reading Umberto Eco's The Name of the Rose, great book if you know some of the backgrounds.

Also reading some very uninteresting works about Humansism at the moment. Being a student really sucks sometimes...

Nothing. At all. My local library is flooded ATM, and my book club delivery is very, very late. When that arrives, however, I will be reading "A Storm of Swords" by George R R Martin and "Midnight Tides" by Steven Erikson.
