Oh, it gets a lot worse, but I don't really want to talk about the details publicly. I really wish I could afford to open up my own store and let people see how things are done correctly for once.

I agree up to the vote Romney part, then you lost me.

One of my local stores was worse though, you couldn't draw ever, wasn't allowed to happen, and people hated byes so much they would all just drop from the event...

I was making fun of stupid people who complain about the younger generation. And stupid old people vote Romney. Just look up the election stats. Stupid Old People are in there between Spanish-Americans and Turkish-Americans.

Another FNM, another profitable night!

I opened Hallowed Fountain in P1P1, got Supreme Verdict in P2P1, and played a ridiculously slow Bant (Azorius, splash green) deck that featured SEVEN cards with CMC = 6.

I played with 3 Trostani's Judgment, 2 Isperia's Skywatch, and 2 Courser's Accord. Dramatic Rescue, Avenging Arrow, 2 Towering Indrik and a Pegaus were my early game (along with Supreme Verdict, of course), and I just tried to stay long enough for some combination of Slime Molding, Horncaller's Chant, or Cyclonic Rift to win it for me.
