Actually there are several things I do not complain about. I'm also going to have to suffer through TNN being in every deck in 1v1 EDH, though they will (hopefully) ban it since many decks have no way to deal with it.

If I attempt to sell off a collection of legacy of approximately $5,500 in eBay value in >$10 legacy staples (20ish duals, tarmo, bob, LEDs, cradles, etc), what kind of discount would I be looking at to sell in bulk? There's also a bunch of smaller stuff that I haven't totaled up yet (maybe $2-400). Typical bulk rates are ~65%, but it's mostly large money rares. Would I make a significantly higher bulk rate?

Is it just the scanner or is this card completely fake?http://www.ebay.com/itm/MTG-Unlimited-Mox-Pearl-/291052676518?pt=Trading_Card_Games_US&hash=item43c41765a6

Between the new borders, these new fakes, and the fact that they are going to do silly things like the modern event deck, make me want to just sit on sidelines for longer than I expect with respect to magic.

If it's seriously $5500 in $10+ money rares, I wouldn't give much of a discount unless a buyer would have to put a lot of work into organizing it somehow. Maybe 10-15% on ebay prices as a lot. If it were me, I'd just sell for ebay prices. Period. __________________ "Message to women worldwide: Girls....we're stupid. We don't like games. We don't know games. We can't read minds. I hope there's some big cards in this to justify the price

This is a fantastic idea. I would love to see a set of these printed every year. Products like this, along with the limited MM sets, will absolutely help players get into Modern. edit: If the deck is designed to be competitive I actually believe the MSRP is low. If it contains something like a Bob or a 'goyf there is very little chance we will actually see this product for MSRP, unfortunately.

There in lies the biggest problem with a product like this. History has shown us that even a single money card will likely result in an increase in what stores actually charge for these. Sure, you might find a few at MSRP, but most LGS are going to mark these up significantly if it contains anything like a goyf or bob. Also, given how focused most decks in modern are, I wonder if they are developing something original or providing a watered-down version of a tier 1 deck. I never bothered with the standard event decks. I know a few had money cards in them, but have any of them actually been at all close to competitive?

War of Attrition and Into the Breach were both decent decks on their own. Could they win something more than an FNM? No

My guess is 2 shocklands, a $20 dollar rare not in MM and a bunch of $5 rares.

And it will probably not actally be sold in shops for $75. Probably into three figures.

Trying to find people with Sylvan Caryatids on here to trade is near impossible. Are they in some kind of standard deck or what?

They probably aren't in the trade matcher yet.

R/G Monsters, Naya Control, and some Rock/Jund variants. __________________ "Message to women worldwide: Girls....we're stupid. We don't like games. We don't know games. We can't read minds. Say it like you mean or STFU." -rockondonMy Sale Thread

Someone speculated it would be a pod deck on Facebook. I think pod is too difficult to play correctly, but I could see a playset of a similarly valued card in the event deck. I doubt there will be fetches unless all five somehow get reprinted. __________________ *My LJ*Letter Bombs!*FB*Logout- MM is a copycat! (So am I)*CKGB

I would not expect 4x of any card in that event deck. And affinity would be an easy and likely target IMO

I probably have a ****load of Fist of the Suns. How much are they worth right now? I wouldn't mind making a quick few bucks. Also, doesn't FotS cost 4, effectively making it a 4 mana Emrakul? __________________ *My LJ*Letter Bombs!*FB*Logout- MM is a copycat! (So am I)*CKGB

What is FotS? So out of it apparently. I have mixed feelings on all these runs on potential money cards. On the one hand, I love it when I suddenly have random junk in my box that becomes gold overnight. On the other, I hate missing out __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!I collect Granite Gargoyles. Send them my way.

fist costs 3, and then the activation is WUBRG, so 3+5 emrakul. __________________ "He fights you not because you have wronged him, but because you are there."<@Anusien> Pretty sure New Zealanders are the sheep shaggers <KIP_NZ> Anusien: I'm a kiwi and I've shagged a sheep <KIP_NZ> we kiwi's like our sheep
