The card is "Fist of Suns" not fist of the suns if anyone else is still confused.

Something else I'm still a little confused about is the commander sets.

What is the difference between commander and commander 2013?

If you're looking on gatherer "commander" is the first set of five decks that came out in 2011(?) and "commander 2013" are the five decks that came out last year.

And both of these are different then commander's arsenal?

I haven't paid much attention to the commander stuff but I happened to at target and saw a few of the decks. So I'm trying to catch up and see if they are worth buying.

Yep. Commanders Arsenal was printed after the original 5 Commander decks. It contains some of the cards from them and some others that haven't been reprinted or haven't been in a long while: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/feature/218c
