I have some automated software that tracks WW games. My WW tracker counts references between players (i.e. how many posts did Player A make where he mentioned Player B?)As a result I have to try to figure out what various names people might call each other by. Seemed to me that JackSpade could be abbreviated JaSpa--jaspa, aka Jasper. I tend to come up with nicknames for most people. Our_Benefactors became O.B. which became "Obie"--I like that one. revenger became Vengie, which I think is cute, but he doesn't like it at all.

Speaking of which, PD, what are the odds of me getting my hands on that? I bothered Jazaray for some data to fudge with constantly last game as a wolf, I'd love to see what it could do when I'm a cit.  __________________

Volc, do you want to play?@GLE - yeah you can have a copy--the problem is it's complex enough that it takes a couple hours to run through its functionality completely, and thus every time I give it away it's a serious time investment on my part. What I need to do is write instructions to go with it. PM me an email addy I can send the tracker to. You will need Excel 2003 or better. I don't have any time to do training on it right now though... way too busy. @Bugger - Sorry I am so busy Bugsie...  Work is crazy, I've been working 8 AM to Midnight for about two weeks now--weekends included. Massive crunch time.

Hey PD, I have the IM conversation where you taught me the tracker saved...it won't be the same as sitting down with you and going through it, but for people who are giving it a go for a first time it would be enough to show them the ropes. If you want it, or if anyone you send the tracker to wants it just let me know. -Caitiri EDIT: Although who knows how much you've added by now.... :P

Did you ever get the feeling our usual batch of players don't know that this is the Werewolf X thread because it is named only "X"? Perhaps the thread should be given a more meaningful name?

Eh, no biggies- I'm operating on a similar schedule (8AM-11PM). It's Tech week for the play and I'm working the midstage traveller (a traveller is a curtain that opens sideways) for the production, so I'm there from 6-11 every night this week and Saturday as well. Also, WRT Cait's suggestion of Emailing the conversation- what about Jaz doing that? I don't mean to impose, Jaz (of course it'd be up to you) but since she'd have a record of the second-most recent version of the tracker I could work everything but whatever modifications the current one includes. The reason for the X was simple. It is basically a landmark for the WW franchise here and it is the tenth edition.I've posted a link to it in pfs and somewhere else I believe but like I said, it was just to do something different to commemorate the current installment. ~MM __________________
