Playing Oust on Gideon when he is a creature is just fine. Your problem is that you can't turn Gideon into a creature in the scenario you described.

Planeswalker abilities can only be played at the times you could normally play a sorcery. This means only on your turn, during a main phase, and with the stack empty. If you're trying to save Gideon from Elspeth Tirel's ultimate, then it's probably not your turn(unless you control both). Either way, the fact that Elspeth's ultimate is on the stack means that the stack is not empty.

The corner case where you can accomplish this is:
You control both planeswalkers.
You activate Gideon making him a creature, let it resolve.
Oust Gideon, let it resolve.
Activate Elspeth Tirel's ultimate.

1. if i doomblade a gideon jura does he get put on the vat? if so what happens when i pay the 3 mana? do i get a gideon jura or the 6/6?

2. if multiple creatures die at once and i shift them on and off or do i have to pick one and only 1? i.e a voltaic key in play and i want to copy multiple guys.

3. if i creature with a ltb ability is slid off the vat does the ability trigger?

4. can the vat grab eldrazi?

5. if vat grabs clone/or fat clone do i get them or what was copyed?

Yes. You get an unanimated Gideon Jura with Haste.

Yes, you can make this work. Each trigger gets put on the stack in the order you want and you can take actions between.

From the FAQ:

That depends on when it dies. Triggers are stacked in APNAP order (Active Player, then Non-Active Player). If it is your opponent's turn, the Eldrazi trigger will stack first, then the vat, allowing you to imprint it it's shuffled away.

The card itself is what is exiled. If that card is a Clone, you will chose a creature as it ETB each time you create a token.

Yes you can its a copy of a gidion planes walker with all abilities on the card with haste.

No you don't get lbf triggers when you swap creatures. Most say when this goes to the graveyard from play. When you swap it going from exiled to the graveyard. Some will like Emrekal would trigger since it says from anywhere.

Yes chimeric mass is 0/0

No you can't play kicker. Your not cast the spell your putting it in play.

The Aura is actually doing the tapping/untapping. The creature gains no abilities. So you can tap the aura to either tap or untap the creature.
