I think they meant do they get a copy and I believe the answer is yes because the make a copy is already on the stack.

I was wondering what Duplicant P/T would be if it removes an animated enhantment/artifact/land?Does it assume the P/T of the removed card even though the card does not have a printed P/T?

It tracks the power and toughness of the removed card and changes as that card does. If you exile something that no longer has power and toughness after you exile it, *edit* duplicant will be 2/4. (see below)

I have a Humility in play. My opponent discards a Wonder. Do his creatures get flying? And what if the Wonder was already in the graveyard before I played the Humility?

If the imprinted card is no longer a creature, the P/T modifier on Duplicant no longer kicks in and it is a 2/4.

Google is your friend!! quote: First of all, Humility does not affect Wonder in the graveyard. It affects only creatures in play. However, creatures in play are affected by both Humility and Wonder. In this case, the timestamp rule applies. That means a) If Wonder is in the grave and Humility enters play after that, all creatures lose flying. b) If Humility is in play and Wonder hits the grave after that, that player's creatures gain flying.

I meant do I get a Copy of Brittle Effigy? Asking because the wording on it says "copy of the exiled card" which was different from the original printing of Isochron Scepter which said "copy the imprinted card". __________________ <Jazaray> LIQ! <Jazaray> you broke MOTL <Liq> totally <BoltBait> Don't make me kick you <Slinga> Have no fear, MOTL's janitor is here! <nderdog> So we're all agreed, it's Liq's fault, right? <Leshrac> let me deal with that * Liq has been banned

For the record, Portal and Scepter do say the same thing. quote: Oracle: Imprint — When Isochron Scepter enters the battlefield, you may exile an instant card with converted mana cost 2 or less from your hand. 2, : You may copy the exiled card. If you do, you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.
After reading your question again, I appear to have missed that you activated the Portal. Don't ask me how I did that because I don't know. If you've put the triger on the stack, you get your token copy, even if the Portal isn't in play upon resolution. The Effigy you exiled will remain exiled. Am I now clear on what you're asking? __________________ *MafiaBass*Joshweek*Letter Bombs!*Prices*Gatherer*Logout <Tranderas> damn

Question: My Plague Stinger is equipped with Livewire Lash. When it is pumped up with Giant Growth, does it deal the two damage as regular damage or poison counters to a player?Thank You

Poison, Livewire Lash says the creature deals the damage, not the equipment.

I attack with Myr Battlesphere and tap the four tokens to give it +4/+0, then untap all five myr with Myr Galvanizer.1) Will the Battlesphere still be attacking? 2) Can I tap the Battlesphere to give itself an additional +1/+0?

Yes quote: 2) Can I tap the Battlesphere to give itself an additional +1/+0?
No. The option to tap Myrs only happens once, upon resolution of the trigger.

There is a way to do this. Attack with the battlesphere, and with the "tap myr for pumps" trigger on the stack, respond to that by activating galvanizer. This will untap the sphere and any other tapped myr, allowing you to tap all of them for +1/+0 each. However, this will result in all your myr being tapped through your opps turn, as opposed to them all being untapped to block. It's all about timing.

Or you can just tap the Galvanizer, to the Battlesphere, right? Either way it should be the same amount.__________________ Ebay problems? File a claim, leave a neg, buy on MOTL.

No, Master of Etherium is an artifact.

I played the enchanment "indestructibility" on a planeswalker, can something like a lightning bolt remove the loyalty counters from it?

Yes. And when all of them are gone, it will be placed in the graveyard. This is a state based action and not a destruction effect.

If I have Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon on the field and my opponent uses Celestial Purge targeting Skithiryx and I use Grasp of Darkness on my own Skithiryx in response, destroying Skithiryx. Can I regenerate him back onto the field and still get to keep him? (Im pretty sure you cant regenerate when a creature dies that way. but it doesnt hurt to ask.)

You cant regen from grasp of darkness. When a creature has zero or less toughness, the game just puts it into the graveyard, it ISNT actually destroyed. Regeneration only stops destruction effects. Also, even if you did destroy it and then regen, it never actually leaves the battlefield, so purge will STILL get it.

This is the ruling you are looking for, just fyi: quote: 112.6a Once activated or triggered, an ability exists on the stack independently of its source. Destruction or removal of the source after that time won’t affect the ability. Note that some abilities cause a source to do something (for example, “Prodigal Sorcerer deals 1 damage to target creature or player”) rather than the ability doing anything directly. In these cases, any activated or triggered ability that references information about the source because the effect needs to be divided checks that information when the ability is put onto the stack. Otherwise, it will check that information when it resolves. In both instances, if the source is no longer in the zone it’s expected to be in at that time, its last known information is used. The source can still perform the action even though it no longer exists.

I was just curious if someone could help me out with the comes into play at the same time everything sees everything else rule. Like allies and valakut with scapeshift. I have people asking me if it works, and when I say yes, they want to know how, and I can't find it.Many thanks!

If an effect like Scapeshift would put multiple lands onto the battlefield, when those lands come into play, Valakut will trigger for each newcomer that was put onto the battlefield. In the case of Scapeshift, all of those lands would come into play simultaneously, so when the triggers for Valakut are checked, in the event that you now have 6+ mountains, the damage trigger will be satisified for each event.
