Vengeful Pharaoh is like a bad No Mercy.
A better way of describing it would be a No Mercy in the spirit of Erayo's Essence that makes you skip your next draw.

At least it is furthuring the hint that Innistrad is graveyard themed (a la M11's Phylacetry Lich).

Is that going to be (if real) an autoinclude in just about everything, ever? __________________ Joz - can we ban Leshrac for not fixing the Chrome PM issue?Gunslinga - If I thought it would help, and if I could, I would.

In magic that's a lot less difficult than coming up with 4 mana. Especially outside of standard.

I seriously doubt this will see any play outside of standard. Maybe crap.dec. __________________ MOTL Fantasy NBA 2010 ChampionGet a brain, Morans!

Did they just print this!?Dredge can run 4 Recalls! Visions of Beyond u Instant Rare Draw a card. If a graveyard has twenty or more cards in it, draw three cards instead. you know I was thinking the exact same thing. It's an awesome card, but what does it replace?

basically, to dredge as a deck, brainstorm and this card does the same thing as a draw 3; the put back 2 clause is irrelevant to dredgeand dredge doesn't even play brainstorm

Dredge doesn't really have any problems trying to draw cards to begin with, no point fixing what isn't broke. __________________ Most References in Massachusetts 85th All-timeSupport my friend's store: http://www.tabletoparena.com

Salvationites are wetting themselves over this one. The only case that sounds like it might actually see play is against dredge, since it checks for any graveyard. But then you remember that if you're playing against dredge and they've got 20+ cards in their 'hand', you're going to want something like a Crypt or a Jailer instead of just drawing three. Nobody in their right mind is going to take out four sideboard slots of graveyard hate (which, y'know, actually fights dredge) for this. If you crack one at the pre-re, sell it or trade it before the price drops. __________________ "I never got any respect at all. I forsee it being an EDH favorite; maybe even a staple, but its price won't hold to high unless blue mill turns out to be very powerfull. __________________ Joz - can we ban Leshrac for not fixing the Chrome PM issue?Gunslinga - If I thought it would help, and if I could, I would.

The visions card sucks balls. If I had 20 cards in my graveyard I would be lavamancing like crazy. It could be decent in Legacy bant to help out goyf and knight. Not sure what I would drop maybe a daze and/or ponder. For six mana Red has something called Inferno Titan. WAY better. If it was like 3 or 4 to cast I would pair it with birthing pods and vengevines, but it's way too costly to be any help. It does seem good in EDH though.

The new pandemonium is horrible. Might be hope for that 2 mana clone. How bad can illusions be with Spellskite around? Come oooooon : D Also I wish I witnessed someone casting that card that redistributes the nonland permanents at random in an edh game... that would **** EVERYONE off. It would take 20 minutes just to get it sorted out : D And it reminds me of my most hated Shandalar card ever: Power Struggle. Screw that card.
