I like that troll, he is great with scavange and even better with unburial rights. I hope WBG will have some good stuff. WOuld not use him with boneyard wurm because the things that get discard will most likely recur.

Yeah boneyard wurm is too much work for too little reward. From the spoiled mechanics, golgari seems to be the weakest guild

Based on what's spoiled so far, Rakdos is winning the "weakest guild" argument. With that said, Jund Zombies is looking pretty amazing. Great 2 drop, great 3 drop, and if rakdos or golgari charm are in any way playable, you have a rather solid curve on top of a pristine mana base.

So what? Dreadbore isn't the pinnacle of magic design and it's awesome! Dracogenius isn't the pinnacle either. Looks like there's going to be a lot of gold/hybrid cards in this set worth cubing with. Good thing I count Stillmoon as a 3cc White card, helps fit everything in! That GB 2/1 is awesome.

Some of these Golgari oriented cards, including the PW above (SICK), make me wish I still had my +1/+1 counter oriented Skullbriar EDH deck - Death's Presence, Corpsejack Menace would be AUTO includes. Had to sell it. These cards make me want to rebuild it...sad face. __________________ -Schmitty 85th in Refs [282] on MOTL (2 behind Gamma_1) 2nd in Refs [282] in OH-IO (72 behind souladvocate) 2nd in Posts [7466] in OH-IO (only 600 behind Val) “If Brad Stevens is the future of coaching in college basketball, the sport is in a good place.” - Rick Pitino

Love the new BG PW, however I am not really seeing where the green is justified other than that second ability being able to hit artifacts and enchantments. Making a bunch of mini-Phage's is rather appealing, though .edit: In fact, I might choose Golgari at the pre-re if it gives me any better chance of cracking this bad girl.

I don't think she has a watermark.

These names don't have the same flavor as Innistrad, they may need Garfield back. If she's unseen, shouldn't she be a little harder to hit, so the +1 should be something like "non-black/ non-artifact creatures can't attack her until your next turn". But other than that neat card, the ultimate seems rather weak though. But I guess only getting my as s kicked by it would change my mind

This plainswalker looks good if your playing Golgari, I'd be hard pressed not to play this unless it was a real low curve fast aggro deck, but seems very nice for a midrange or control deck. All the abilites can be relevent, though the ultimate may have trouble actually getting in there for the win.

maybe Mutilate, and then the ultimate? could work unless def. player has a hand full of creatures or a mass removal spell as well.

The new GW planeswalker is super good. Probably best since Jace. She defends herself and has a high starting loyalty. Her ult is very good. Just throw a rancor on one of them and you can probably get through. Any card that can create 3 creature for nothing is the nuts it doesn't matter what those creatures do.

Three creatures for SEVEN loyalty is certainly not 'nothing'. __________________ "He fights you not because you have wronged him, but because you are there."[16:17] <@BrassMan> what do you need new tech for? [16:18] <@BrassMan> gush is unrestricted [19:01] <nderEvo> you can delete yourself

not nothing? does that mean it's something? EDIT: I hope it doesn't reach cirtical levels in value. I mean she's cool and all, but I don't wanna pay $40 for her

I take it back her + ability effectively can do nothing. Put her slightly above venser.

It makes her more costly to kill, especially if you need to send multiple guys to do it. The ultimate is a bit narrow, but I just think it's so darn cool anyway. It's also only 3 turns away. I like that she starts with 5 for 5 mana, and her second ability is pretty darn good in and of itself.

I don't see how it can possibly be constructed playable though, so that $30 pre-sale price is gonna be more like $12 before we get to play with watery grave in standard

drowned catacombs evolving wilds farseek that artifact in the innistrad block like travellers amulet the new artifact that makes all lands tap for any color seriously, Im considering a b/g/w/u deck right now. and I am not overly concerned about manabase.

Really, really costly. @ 6 loyalty to kill, it's more than a Thundermaw Hellkite.
