discard is fine. pridemage is fine. knight for karakas/maze is fine. choke is fine if you hit it before they go off. nothing is incredible. best is to just rip up all their cards and run away.

So I just found out that PAX Prime is this weekend in Seattle, and I'm going to be there for a wedding on Sunday! YAY! Looking for a pass for Friday so I can just game all day long. Anything else to do there? Both Magic and non-Magic related.

New sales list up and its going as well as expected. First I get offered buy list prices then after that I get an offer with a nice 20-25% discount because he assumed I "liked bigger deals." At this rate I'm just going to be stuck selling on ebay and still making more after fees or hope buy lists are good at SCG Portland.

I love drafting what I think is gonna be a stellar deck on modo and then promptly getting crushed 2 straight in the first round, sigh.

For the record I had a wolfir silverheart, druid's familiar, champion of lambholt, stolen goods( not great but still) and a tamiyo. Never saw one of those cards either game. Just the utility guys. No natural ends to deal with a turn 4 spear either game. I love moonsilver spear but not when they have it. Ah wells.

Don't think reporting to WOTC is a good idea since they do not endorse splits of any kind and OP did try to work out split.

^ I still think it should be reported. If a competent person deals with the case I am sure they'll be able to judge this case based on logic. What is worse for the community, trying to split prizes or some d-bag pulling that kind of stunt.

I've had this conversation w/ an ORC before, it was pretty terrible. You can agree to a prize split and the QP is something that can be discussed as part of the split, but as part of the arrange can't require a concession. Fairly sure thats how the conversation went. When I pointed out that giving the QP to one person requires a concession, there was no clarification offered only repeated the same info.

went ahead and filled out an incident report. I don't know if anything good for me will happen, but bad for him would be nice I'll let you all know if anything comes of it, or if modo bans me for splitting lol.

So I posted this on deck help but thought I would ask the bigger audiance...
Can a modern deck built around Demigod of Revenge and Fauna Shaman work?
Any cards you would think I could add in? Can I just modify the current Jund Decklists to fit them in or does it change everything?

LOL I sold to the same guy also. I also remember in the past selling to him and he said the same thing. Thought about putting in tottaly dogged cards that aren't even sleeve playable or maybe some with nice expletives written on them. ***** Predator anyone?

I'm sure there will be an exchange this year. Up to Jazaray if she'll be running it or passing the torch.

The Magic SS is very popular, so I can't possibly see it going away, but there are always separate exchanges for Magic and non-Magic, so if you don't want to trade Magic and just do non-Magic, you're free to.

wow, thats just stupid. ORCs have confirmed you can split but they don't provide an option in game for it other then concession =/
