I did it with the more expensive cards first, then I noticed that textured pattern formed on the back of the cards and they picked up the smell of the binder also. The textured pattern does come off, but I decided to sleeve everything that I paced in the binders.

Went 4-2 at my first Legacy tournament repping up the fish. Good for 12th place. Lost to some random UB goodstuff and Zoo. Feeling pretty good about myself today.

Hey all. I am going to my first official Legacy tournament.UW Stoneforge/Batterskull Landstill is the most popular archetype in our area right now. Bant and NO RUG are both pretty popular too. BUGstill, Junk, Merfolk, Goblins, and Bloodbraid Elf RUG are almost always there. I have access to Merfolk/TezAffinity/Zoo/Rock/Maverick I am most comfortable with Rock(BGW). I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for sideboard building in an this meta. Also is Extirpate a good sideboard play? Thanks in advance and feel free to PM me if you feel like helping out. Or check out my post on Deck Help: http://classic.magictraders.com/ubb/Forum9/HTML/034482.html Thanks! Tim **EDIT Decided to go w/ Junk. Anyone willing to check out my deck and make recommendations? I need a good way to beat Blue NO decks and U/w Standstill.

I'd go with the rock too. Anything else won't have enough removal for the aggros and a clock for the UW stoneforge.Extirpate? Forget it. In random order: A lot of land destruction (12) Main deck (For landstill MUs) A lot of removal (12) for all but landstill Krosan Grip (UW) Engineered Plague (Merfolk, Goblin) Perish (Bant, NO, Junk) Explosives (Merfolk, Junk, Goblins)

I actually did see the extra cards when I looked at a spreadsheet that's in the game files. The deck editor is broken in my version so I had to write decks in notepad using the card codes in the spreadsheet. I tried putting in some of the unused ones but it doesn't work. So sad.

E Plague is actually only good against Goblins. Merfolk has infinite Lords and unless you get all 4 E Plagues down on turn 2-4, it does nothing. EE is much better in all cases.

I'm pretty sure the picture for Terror from the Deep would be either an alien holding a Disruptor Pulse Launcher or just a swarm of Tentaculats. Man I hate Tentaculats.Anyone that's played that game knows what i mean.

I've also found "dystopia" to be a great SB card, even though it also hoses YOU. Just play it out and when their board is empty, start rolling out your team. It also deals with progenitus, which is a nice bonus. I never see this card in lists anymore and it surprises me... it's amazing vs. zoo as well. Trade 3 life for 3x of their creatures AND get a time walk out of it before choosing not to pay? Sign me up!

I won an auction on eBay for a $2.00 Mirror Entity, requested an invoice, paid but haven't received. It's been about three and a half weeks so I messaged him twice last week just asking if he shipped. No reply in six days so I opened a claim. I feel kind of petty but dam, put a stamp on it and call it a day. He has zero refs and keeps re-listing the same three items at a couple dollars less each time. Anyway, I was looking a deck today, Green Stax, and it's missing one of the Trinisphere. I know I didn't take it out and put it somewhere else, it's just gone! I figured maybe the sleeves stuck together, nope. A few months ago I dropped an Alpha Craw Wurm on the floor. What the frig, I checked everywhere and even picked up the rug looking for it but it's gone too. On a chest level shelf in my closet where my cards are kept there is an LOA in a hard plastic case directly in front of everything else so we can rule out goblins/elves. Does anyone else have a problem with their cards having the power to travel between dimensions at will?

I lost a Nirkana Revenant and a couple random not too long ago. I just can't understand where they might be. I mean, i think i checked everywhere, but i once found a stack of cards that fell between the baseboards and the wall, so who knows.

Do the UR Exarch-Twin combo decks really play NO answers to Combust?I've seen numerous lists and I just finished a game where my opponent drew TWENTY-FOUR more cards than I did during the course of the game (Preordains, Gitaxian Probe, Jace Beleren, Sea Gate Oracle) and he saw I had a Combust in hand and just lost to a Burning Shrine accumulating a lethal number of counters because he could never get his combo off. That was the reason why I played the black splash in my Exarch-Twin combo deck, so I could Inquisition away a Combust, but even talking to people who play the deck, the philosophy seems to be that they hope that you don't have Combust, they will play Into the Roil and try again, or hope to draw into double Exarch + double Splinter Twin. That seems like a poor plan for an easily hated out deck. __________________ There are two rules for success: 1. Don't tell all you know.

The combo is pretty fragile post board. I have seen a lot of U/R twin combo players switch to a control/beat down strategy post board. __________________ MOTL Fantasy NBA 2010 ChampionGet a brain, Morans!
